After a few bad experiences with local salons, I found AB Nails and decided to give them a try based on their stellar reviews. After my first visit, (Chris was my tech) I knew this was the studio for me. He did a flawless job and introduced me to IBD gel, which has completely transformed my nails in the best way! I usually end up seeing either Chris or Vivian, who both do amazing work along with their other wonderful techs, my nails have never looked better! I have no problem commuting 30 minutes for this level of service and perfection. In fact, I refuse to go anywhere else. They are clean, super friendly, and if that's not enough, they have an adorable new puppy! read more

This place is the best! Vivian and Chris are kind, careful, and thorough. I'm always super happy with my manis and pedis, whether regular or gel. I highly highly recommend! read more

$45 for a 30 mins Gel Pedicure with a soak off. With the expected 20% tip it was $54. Feels like a total rip off and a case of 'next'. SO disappointing. No massage with cream afterwards, just a scrub. read more

Best nail salon ever! I have been going to Chris and Vivian for 5 years and can't live without them!! read more

BB Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

The best nail salon in all of the beaches! Honestly BB is my favorite nail salon I've ever been to, anywhere. Dip manicures last at least 3 weeks, every single time. My nails are stronger than they have ever been because of BB. They have the best color selection and nails are always perfectly shaped to your preference. I love the fact they always have HGTV playing and offer you water, soda or wine. They also really value their customers and make an effort to get to know you and remember the conversations you have and the friends you come to the salon with. It means a lot as a customer. Look no further, but do book in advance. They have a ton of loyal customers, and now you know why read more

Bought my girlfriend a 50.00 gift certificate (50.00full value not a groupon). We didnt notice the 6 month expiration... Went 7 months later, would only honor 1/2. Sorry, but this place sucks read more

Very clean & friendly staff. I had been going to another nail salon & now will go to BB Nails & Spa. I felt very comfortable.

Love this nail salon, everyone is super friendly. I have gotten my nails done with multiple technicians and they are all very good at their trade. The place is always clean and love the fact that they have good weekend hours. Their pedicure menu is also nice and they offer reasonably priced options. This is best find for nails in Ponte Vedra Beach. read more

Great prices, wonderful staff. Best massage for my feet and lower legs I've ever had and I've been to some nice spas. Great place for runners and those with rough feet! read more

Very clean and sanitary nail spa. Great customer service. They were not pushy about add-on services. The salon is beautifully decorated. Great massage chairs and nail stations. Every spot had appropriate precautions for safety. Michelle took a lot of time on my pedicure. Very strong massage. Attention to detail on the polish. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! read more

$28 for a standard mani/pedi $55 for a gel mani/standard pedi?!? That is a MASSIVE markup for a process that takes hardly any more time/effort for the gel! read more

I am new to the beaches, so went to many salons looking for " my place". I found it here with Vivian. She is gentle, professional, great massages, has attention to detail and is quiet, as I prefer going to get regular mani/pedis to relax, not to socialize. I take all of my own products, which Vivian is very accommodating to allow. And her puppy is adorable. Thank you AB Nails. read more

I love this salon!! Amazing colors and everyone is really friendly, highly recommend!!!

Walk-ins Welcome? NOT. First of all, I was greeted with a scowl. And then just a down right rude "we have no space, too busy" and that was it!! No other suggestion, assistance, apology, NOTHING. Plus the place is really small and cramped. Found a much better, friendlier and accommodating nail salon down the road. read more

New Ownership!! Clean, positive people and very detailed!! Love this place. Tina, Amy and Lee have made this a great place to meet your nails and spa needs!!! Open House Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Come by for some Food & Wine!!! read more

Worst service I have ever encountered at a nail salon. Not only did they call back to reschedule my appointment but when We showed up 10 minutes behind due to the heavy rain we immediately got scowled at. They were very rude and yelled at us for being late, we felt very uncomfortable and had to leave to go somewhere else. Thankfully another nail salon was able to take us right away with wonderful service. Do not recommend read more

The nail quality was great, but the lady who did my nails didn't push back the cuticle, and afterwards she pushed it back and it looked like my nails were already so grown out. In addition to that, my cuticles are not sensitive AT ALL. Yet they were bleeding. I had a couple scabs on my finger for the next couple days. I can't stress enough- the nail quality was great, but the cuticle situation was just . Thank you for my nails. read more

Sorry guys! First off I'd like to point out that if you walk in with out an appointment trust me they let you know with the look they give. So no, walk ins NOT WELCOME. From that moment on it's just down hill. They are so rude. I went in and nicely asked if I could get a manicure and a pedicure.. they said YES, gave me a look as I waited. If you're busy and can't do it just say so!! I will be happy to go else where. Don't tell me yes and make my experience uncomfortable. My manicure was rushed and one of my finger nails were rounded to the side!!! It looked awful! My pedicure was also rushed. By the look of my face they could tell I was not happy due to there being a huge divot in the paint which I did not do because I didn't leave the chair yet. They saw my reaction with out any words being said by either of us and fixed it. I feel like if I didn't react I would have left with it like that. Overall poor experience. I will take my business else where! read more

Only came here because my usual girl was off at Nail Spa 1(HIGHLY recommend, only several minutes down the road). Had an appointment for 5 pm for gel polish change before a big event, got there five/six minutes early. Didn't even get taken to a chair until 5:10 (place was nearly empty). The first lady I had was nice enough, she buffed off my old gel top coat and wrapped my nails in foil. After that I was waiting for longer than I've ever waited to remove the gel, I thought they had forgotten about me. Then a different woman sat down in front of me and scraped off the gel, nicking my finger in the process because of how much she was rushing. Didn't have me wash my hands and COMPLETELY IGNORED both of my requests, which were 1) to not file down my nails as I had shaped them myself, and 2) not to push back my cuticles. She very rudely replied with a short "I have to or else the gel will not stay." and then didn't wait for my response before pushing them back again. I have been getting gel for over a year now and not once have I ever had my cuticles worked on beforehand. Extremely inconsiderate of my preferences and needs as a client. The gel polish was extremely cheap and looks lumpy and uneven on my nails. Overall - customer service - nonexistent. I left with my nails looking like I had let one of the kids I babysit paint my nails with dollar store polish and a Crayola paint brush. Would NOT recommend, especially not before a big event. I lucked out with my event being in the night time, that way nobody will be able to see my nails. Save yourself the time and money. At least the salon's pet dog was cute. read more

Cathy did a great job on my manicure. Very friendly, clean place. I'll definitely go back.

Came to A.B nails for a gel manicure before a wedding as an out of town guest. Really happy to have stumbled upon the girls at A.B Salon. The salon is clean, their organization of the polishes was unmatched and they all made our time there way worth while. Coming from New York, I was skeptical about getting a gel manicure some place other than my normal salon- but this was cheaper and better! I would recommend A.B salon to all Ponte Vedra Beach locals and out of towners. The new management is clearly working!! Thank you Tina Amy and Lee for your help!! read more

This nail salon is awful. My mom and I went here together to get our nails done for a wedding. It is small and we had to wait for a really long time. The person who did my nails did a really horrible job. First she tried to up-sell me on gel. She rushed through it and there were areas that were missed. Trust me, I can mess up my nails quickly enough on my own. But I'd like them to look nice before I leave the place! There are so many nail salons at the beaches. Do not go here. read more

My first time on this place. Happy with my pedi had Vivian as my person. No problem with parking. I will go back.

There are many choices of nail salons in the area. I had a gift certificate that had expired (within 30 days) and asked if they'd accept it since I am a frequent customer. I was pleased when they said yes however when I returned with the certificate the offer had changed to only accepting it partially (one third) of face value. Then the owner (male at the register) proceeded to yell at me. With so many choices in the area, I expected better customer service and upholding the agreement of accepting the certificate even though 30 days out of date. For a measly $20 they could of had a satisfied customer who would happily recommend the establishment. I will be trying a different neighborhood nail salon. As I was leaving I mentioned that I would share my experience and the gentleman did not only not apologize but said 'go ahead'. So here I go... read more

A B Nails is THE place to go if you need any nail salon service!!! Very clean, top-of-the-line products, and everyone there is very nice. I specifically see Chris - he's been doing my nails for about two years now and everytime I leave the salon, my nails are pure perfection! If you need a pedicure, ask for Viv - between she and Chris, they both do a phenomenal job and always make me laugh :) read more

Very friendly, pay great attention to details, do not rush you, but if you are getting a mani pedi, you have the ability to get both at the same time- I know most places will do this, but I often have to ask, they cane it and ask what I would prefer. Also, super sanitary pedicures, liners for each customer. Even got a massage on my shoulders and arms after my manicure. Def recommend! read more

They were so nice and service was great! I recommend the deluxe pedicure it's only $5 extra and it was so great!

On vacation and we needed our pedi's for the beach. The best place in Ponte Vedra is A.B Nails & Spa. The most amazing service and friendliest staff you will find. You will feel relaxed by the easy going atmosphere and super attentive staff. The shoulder and neck massage was unexpected bonus. Thank you Amy & A.B Nails Spa! read more

Very friendly welcome once I walked in, women who started doing my nails was obviously new. A different lady took over just in time to cut my nails short but can you say uneven! Even the nail Polish for my French manicure was uneven. The service was very nice and friendly but as for my nails not so much. Also this place is located in ponte vedra so I expected it to look more upscale. Place could really use a pick up. read more

Due to a very busy Six-Day work week I have not had a chance to get to my normal salon to have a fill-in. I had about 2 hours worth of downtime and decided to try them for a fill-in. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was explained that I needed my nails to be the same thickness they were currently due to the nature of my occupation. I break them constantly when my nails are done thin. Jack understood what I was wanting and assured me that they would stay thick and the same rounded shape. halfway through he quit to go work on another woman and had a lady take over .I asked if he had told her how I wanted the nails because she spoke very little English . he assured me that they would be done correctly. She proceeded to file my nails down super thin and then cut them from a round shape to a square. I cannot have a Square nail shape due to my work, i always break the edges off and I explained that and the fact that I'm not happy with what she had just done .but she had already filed them so short there was no fixing them. When I complained that my nails were too thin both Jack and the lady argued and said they would be ugly if they were thicker . I'm the paying customer it doesn't matter to me so much that they're abnormally thick as the only way I can have them and then be functional for me not break them constantly is to have a thicker nail. I ended up leaving with round nails that are super thin. A complete waste of time and money I definitely would not recommend using them. not only did I feel they did not listen to me and my wants/needs but they argued with me. it upsets me that I explained thoroughly to them how much I use my hands at work I work in a male-dominated industry I'm not some secretary that only has to use her hands for typing ,and that having square nails won't last for me without being chipped and broke.i feel like this was complete waste of money and time. read more
