Went in after riding to see if i could demo a snowboard the following day, everything went smooth and I was super excited to try out this particular board. Went in the next morning with my bindings and they completely switched up information on me, not honoring what the employee said the previous day. It seemed like that employee gave some false information and when his manager was there the next day he wouldn't even own up to what he said. The manager didn't even try to explain a miscommunication. They all just acted like i was crazy when i was just going off of the information I got from them. Just an unfortunate experience. read more

While riding on the mountain, a highback screw from my binding had fallen off. After going to two stores who did not carry spare screws, I walked into Bazooka's who had a whole toolbox of spare screws of every kind. The tech opened the box, put a perfect matching washer and screw, and mentioned that he would do a full binding checkup. At this point, I took a deep gulp, thinking he was going to charge me $30 for such a simple task. He checked and tightened every screw on the binding, from the footbed, to the straps, to the highback. When he was done, I asked him how much it would be, and he said not to worry about it. I was taken by surprise and thanked him for his help. If you're in the Park City Mountain Resort area and need any tune-ups, I highly recommend checking out this shop for your needs. These guys are great and know what they're doing. They have everything from high-end gear, demos, soft goods, and repair services. read more

This place is great. Super friendly staff, especially Scott. I wanted to try out a new board and he helped me find the right profile for my riding style. He even offered to take my new bindings off of my old board, put them on the demo rental, and stored my old board while I tried their demo. Super cool and unexpected. Even put my bindings back on my old board when I got down from the mountain at the end of the day. read more

I broke one of my high backs on my Burton bindings. I went in Bazookas to see if they had a solution. They replaces the high-back free of charge! Amazing service. I plan on using them full-time from now on when I'm in park city. Mason was the manager and made sure I was happy. read more

Words can't describe how AWESOME this store is..... From Tim, and the other fellas, manager and nice young lady that helped us out for 3 days. Great prices and service if you want to Demo different new boards!! Thank you guys for all your help. Definitely will be coming back here again. read more

LOVE THEM!!! Within 5 minutes, or less, they had diagnosed my boot problem and told me what I needed to do to make my next snowboarding trip 100% better. They guys are knowledgeable and I would liken the experience to seeing a plastic surgeon that you have to have fix the mess the last surgeon got you in. (I have never had plastic surgery, but this seems like a fitting analogy). I love them, and I will be going back next season to make sure that I don't screw up the trip like I did this year, with the wrong gear. read more

Mike was friendly, professional, and thorough. Picked out a board, bindings and boots for my 18yr old daughter. He took the time to ask the right questions about her experience, style of riding, boot stiffness needs, and how each brand had different fits. Really appreciated their quick, but informed service. They even waxed my board in less than 10 min. Thanks Bazooka! read more

I have been snowboarding for 18 years, and this is by far the best snowboard shop I have visited. A few days ago I called these guys looking for a boot/binding combo I couldn't find in two other towns/cities, and Bazooka had them. Scott pulled them off the shelf and held them for me until I could visit the store. Unlike a lot snowboard shops where staff just want to sell and get you out the door, Scott and Lance helped me determine that I was buying the right gear for my body and riding style. It turns out for years I had been riding too big of boots, and Bazooka moved me down to a size that is not only more comfortable but gives me better control out on the mountain. And it gets better: I decided to demo a board, thinking end of season is a great time to get a nice deal. They set me up on a advanced free ride board and popped my new bindings on it. They made the demo FREE, which usually only happens at snowboard shops if you actually buy the board. I loved the demo but wanted to test one more board to make sure I was getting the right thing. Bazooka let me demo yet another board for FREE. I liked the second demo too, but I was able to figure out that the first board -- their initial recommendation -- was perfect for me and would better complement the other board in my quiver. It also turned out that the demo board was for sale. Now, normally I'm skeptical about buying used gear, but Lance looked up how many days the board had been used. It had only been out on the mountain 8 times and showed no wear and tear at all. I bought the demo board at a STEEP discount. Yesterday morning, I was bombing powder on my new Rossignol XV Magtek / Salomon Quantum bindings / Salomon Malamute boots, and feeling so grateful that I went to Bazooka and worked with the guys there. If you need snowboard gear, this should be your first stop in Park City. read more

Bazooka's; the one shop in town that had the replacement Boa wire for my Boot. They fixed it on the spot under warranty! Needless to say, this repair saved my vacation. I tipped, of course, for that level of service. Next day I talked to the good people at this shop about demo boards. I gave examples what and how I ride. They set me up with a Jones Flagship demo. Their advice is to be TRUSTED! After a few groomed runs I had enough confidence to take it to the hike-to above Ninty-Nine 90. Flawless performance. Again, thanks to the service and advice of Bazooka's. read more

It was dumping powder outside and I wanted to take full advantage, but my Oakley Canopies were missing low light lenses and my GoPro was missing its mount. Stopped in to Bazooka's and BOOM - they hooked me up with the perfect HI Yellow lense for the conditions, some mounting gear for my camera and a custom pole to get some killer shots out there. Super cool team of guys in this shop and they all went above and beyond for us with an awesome attitude about their work. Really top notch and I'll be back for whatever I need next time I'm at PCMR. Special shout out to Zach for taking such pride in his work! read more

Great shop, Jesse helped me out and was awesome!! Large selection and great prices. That's all I got but Yelp needs a complete dissertation to allow you to post. So I guess I will keep rambling on. read more

The BEST snowboard shop around! Tim Abbott introduced himself the first day we were there. Happy to provide his honest and local knowledge, his suggestions were all on point. This is a true and real, small/local business surrounded by big corporate entities. If possible go support this epic shop! I decided to demo a couple boards before buying a new set up and am pumped on every part of my experience at Bazooka's! See you guys next season read more

This is the only shop I'll ever take my boards to get serviced when I'm in Park City. Jared, Mason, and Abner all gave my board and myself the care and concern an avid rider deserves when trying to quickly get back on the mountain to rip it up. I broke a binding ladder and they fixed it within 20 minutes, good as new. This place rocks. 10/10 would def recommend. read more

The folks @ Bazooka go out of their way to make sure we had all of the gear we wanted, & never complained when we swapped out demos twice in a day.... every day. BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!! I was lucky enough to be hitting the slopes in Park City over President's day weekend and stumbled upon Bazookas, which is conveniently located right on the mountain. I don't own my own skis as I am new to the sport of shredding the gnarrr, and so every time I have gone to hit the slopes I have rented skis and boots. This time was hands down the best experience both in service and equipment, the guys who work in the shop are so awesome, super friendly and helpful, they even helped me every day get my boots strapped on, now that's service!!! I can't wait to come back to Park City, this is my favorite mountain to ski without question, and I will no doubt be heading back to Bazookas to visit my new friends!! read more

After holding out on getting a new Riding Setup for about 13 years, I finally gave in and got a brand new Stick, Bindings and Boots for ridiculously good prices. My dude Victor helped me with all kinds of questions I had. That guy has a wealth of knowledge on board sizes and how it correlates to riding preferences and rider dimensions. The shop is great! We stumbled upon them after I saw they had a sale on backpack! I ended up buying a Burton Backback for half off! The real cool deal about the shop was that the next day, my sons binding on his snowboard was not letting his right foot on..we went to several shops but they don't repair snowboard bindings...went to bazooka and wham...they fixed it and showed me how to fix it again if it happens! Awesome shop and awesome crew! We will be back to shop! read more

The ladder on my binding snapped completely off on my second or third run. I went in and both guys working were so helpful! This shop was amazing for us. With their standard rentals they give top quality equipment. Lance and Cody were amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. We tried being a pain in the ass by swapping out boards till we found one we liked and they just kept smiling and found the right fit for us. read more

I went looking for some new screws for my snowboard bindings. Stopped at Aloha Rentals where I rented my boots from and they didn't even get up to look at them. Just told me to try Bazooka's. Went there, met Collin, told him my problem and asked if they sold screws. He grabbed his screw gun and told me I probably didn't need any and would tighten them up with more torque. He did it quickly then looked at the other bindings, pulled them all off and tightened all of 'em. Super professional, super knowledgeable. Best customer service at Park City. read more

I had some technical difficulties with bindings and these guys came through in a big way! Despite it being a losing proposition, they got my board running multiple times. Can't say enough good things about the service here! read more

I had major issues with setting my bindings. I'd bought my setup elsewhere and I was struggling to ride with it even after resetting it several times. Lance reset them and it was a much better ride after that! Thanks Lance! read more

The guys in Bazookas know everything there is to know about every product in their store. They are extremely helpful and laid back. I was in there three days in a row for different problems that I had while snowboarding Park City and Lance was able to help out me with all of them. He went above and beyond to help me out with everything that I needed and made sure I knew everything about the products before I left. Definitely a place that you can just go and chill with the workers and shoot the shit without feeling like the workers want nothing to do with you. Next time I'm at Park City I wIll go back to Bazookas if I have any problems. read more
