Have you ever been to a supermarket in the islands? This will remind you of that... but twice as big. Some things are expensive (I didn't buy the orange juice at $5.50), but other items are ridiculously inexpensive. They have a lot of ethnic produce and foods, but enough regular items to do almost your entire grocery shop here. They were busy, but taking all the necessary precautions for covid19 -- everyone with masks and gloves, and tape on the floor for distancing at the registers. The aisles are a bit narrow with so much inventory, but you can manage. We got some very sweet watermelon (excellent price), bananas (good price), and mushrooms (comparable pricing). In the non-fresh items, I was thrilled to see corn and olive oils in reasonable and smaller sized containers -- as well as spaghetti sauce (a small jar that I snapped up); canned pears (haven't seen these anywhere), and even toilet paper (by the roll but still decently priced). Looking for meat? They have it here. All sorts and a lot of it. I only got some pork chops (2 gorgeous ones for under $5!) as I have almost no room in my tiny top freezer. If you look for the store brands, you can save even more money on some items. I've always enjoyed trying items outside my comfort zone. When traveling I try to go to the local stores to explore. This brought back good memories. And my husband was more than happy to buy to try some guava paste and a box of passion fruit juice. So glad we came here to check them out. When I come here, I take a SHARP LEFT and head directly to the deli. This is a wonderful place to eat right before you head to the beach. They have wonderful food that really tastes great. The prices are wonderful. read more

I feel a bit ashamed I hadn't ever taken the time to into this local gem. But, thanks to a post on nextdoor app, I had no more excuses. What I found was a clean local grocer that had so many many great ethic options, from cooked Latin favorite foods to a great meat department. I bought some delicious small cuts of beef that made great sandwiches especially on their still warm bollillos ( white bread rolls). I also picked up some potato bowls, empanadas and Cuban pastries that were so delicious. Totally hooked! read more

I use to go there at least twice a week, lately i have noticed that the place has gone down hill. the produce is awful. lots of rotten fruits and vegetables. the problem is that nothing is rotated. all the the fresh product is dumped on top of the old. The cooked food always looks fresh, most of the staff are friendly, but the meat in the case looks brown and old. i have noticed that a lot of customers are going to bravo including myself. the manager needs to be more involved. its a shame, I enjoyed going shopping there with my family, and lately i have been very disappointed with the condition in this store. read more

The hot case foods are the best lunch around with HUGE portions and a very reasonable price. There are different items everyday, but they are all items of carribean/hispanic origins. The #1 hidden gem in Deerfield. read more

I go to Bazaar usually for lunch . It's pretty quick and it yummy. The food is good and it is reasonably priced . Sometime I even go after work to pick up dinner . I also love the variety of fruits and vegetables that they have and it is all fresh . read more

Not your typical American market. Great place to get weird ethnic food. Their Jamaican section is great place to get some killer jerk sauce and unique spices. They have super cheap fresh produce with variations you wouldn't find other places. Not so big on fruits though. They have everything you could find at any other grocery store but a lot cheaper. They also have super-sized canned beans that are marked at uber whole sale prices. Check it out, and if you get scared by this place, I feel sorry for you. read more

Hands down the best prices in the area and the best quality foods. The produce is always looking great and tasting great! There's not one deparment in the store that has ever disappointed me. The meat deparment, deli deparment are always very helpful. Highly recommend for daily/weekly/monthly grocery shopping. Lunch is always delicious and the staff is always friendly! read more

Thinking I needed to stock up a little in the hotel during the near miss of a hurricane...ummm ok...I wanted some ice cream....not quite emergency food....I saw this store was opened and wandered in... Uggggggggggggh. What a dirty, unkept store. The ice cream case had those ice crystals growing on the the containers....didn't look like anyone touched that case in 4 months....I passed. But I still wandered around to see what was there....and found in another frozen food case a box of Jamaican curry patties. No ice crystals there and looked like people went to this area frequently. Thinking I was taking more of chance on the food here than on the streets of Mexico....I bought a box and reheated it in my room.....not bad at all. But would I come back here? Only to buy canned foods and was the only place open in town. read more

This place is fine. They recently (2-3 months ago?) got new registers and it looks a lot better in there than it used to. There is a fishy smell sometimes, near the - you guessed it - fish case. Still not really acceptable, but I don't think it's a sanitation problem. I get boneless/skinless chicken breast here when it's on sale, other meats occasionally and some produce if I'm in there for something else. Good selection of produce and their specials are pretty good. Prices for everything else seem higher than Publix... at least for what I buy. So I guess I only stop in here for fresh stuff on sale. I pass the place a lot so I make a quick stop to look at their circular once in a while. It seems to change every two weeks or so. read more

Times are tough. I thought I would try this grocery store. I walked in an ewhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! The stench almost knocked me down. I manged to get through that but had to cover my mouth with my shirt to bare it. Soon after I picked up a can of corn and there was a dead fly on the shelf. This place is disgusting. Where is the manager....what are they doing? Health department? You would have to be blind, deaf and dumb not to notice that there is something rotting some where. Would it be to hard to clean this place up.... I lived in Mexico for many years and the stores there do not smell like this. I would eat on the streets in Mexico before eating any food from this place. Yes times are tough and its cheaper than publix but you could be playing with your life. read more

Better than Publix or Winn-Dixie. The vegetables are fresh and really tasty at rock bottom prices, Crisp and fresh, the meat is great and if you like Ox tail, the Ox tail is not only 5 dollars cheaper than Publix or Winn-Dixie, but it is the size of an adult fist and very lean. The inside is organized, clean and bright. The meat is very fresh, the fish is very fresh and even the fod bar has great hot food. This is the place that im going shopping for now on. read more

I can say this place is abit unsanitary.. Sometimes the food they sell is expired.. So you always have to be on the look, and its over priced.. Sometimes there are flies in the place and let me tell you, you could poke them with a stick and they are so comfortable with the place they dont bother to really fly away... The freezer where the ice cream is is overly fozen... And half of the items need to have a price check... It very unprofessional. The workers are nice though. But this place clearly needs more organization. read more

A few months ago I went to try this store and went to the prepared food counter and ordered a meal. They have a plastic plate of three slots, so the lady started putting a bunch of rice in the large slot, I'm thinking, is she kidding me or what, putting a whole bunch of rice in the large slot, I told her please stop already so she stopped, then in the small itsy bitsy slots she started putting in the one slot the so called main meal and in the other slot a side of whatever, all for 6.95. You could just imagine what this so called bargain meal looked like with rice being the main course, Took it home and said to myself, what did I do and pay for this ridiculous so called meal. Truthfully I ate a little and threw the rest away. Just thinking I paid the 7 dollars for a bunch of rice literally. I saw people waiting to be served and afterwards I'm thinking, are these people regular customers, no can't be.. The say in the circular "we have a great prepared food section", what a joke. I was so angry at these owners that I was looking to send them a letter and telling them the audacity they have to even advertise that, but never got around to it. What a 180 degree turn!!!! Recently went to this supermarket and realized they did a complete upgrade to the store. I always loved shopping here because they always had the most fresh produce! And have you seen their fish department? I love my seafood and being able to get FRESH fish, shrimp etc is amazing!!! This is not your typical fish selection. The fish are displayed beautifully and whole! With the NEW deli and hot foods section they have a bright future! I ordered the rice and beans combo with stewed beef... can you tender! It was a more than generous portion for a great price. IF YOU HAVE NOT STOPPED BY RECENTLY YOU MUST COME AND CHECK THEM OUT!! DISHONEST STORE with DISHONEST MANAGERS,I bought a bunch of produce and alot of it I bought was on sale.Well I didn't realize that I was overcharged till I got home.Alot of the the produce I bought was because there was a sale sign in front of it as well as being listed on their circular as being on sale even though at the register I was charged a much higher price.Well I went back a few days later and showed the manger the receipt and circular and he said he cant give the money back I deserve because it was the last weeks sale and now they are in the beginning of a new weeks sale.Public,Walmart target ect.and anywhere else would gladly give you your money back you deserve if you can show them you were overcharged.This place wont and will try to cheat their customers.I guess they can break the law and over charge you by making you pay more then the sale price and get away with it even after you show them you are right and still refuse to give your money back you deserve..Well you are loosing me as a regular customer and I used to spend alot of money in your store and now I wont go in your store anymore.YOUR STORE SUCKS read more

well this store did have a smell, but its gotten way better. the ads are not ghetto, they only sell grocery, no weave.. they have a fine variety of products , at good prices. the employees are super nice, especially the customer service girls, the fresh bread is awesome, the managers are always there to help.. i would definitely keep coming there. read more

I received a flyer in the mail and decided to go in because they were having a grand opening and some of the prices looked good. Ive noticed b4 that many of the Bazaar store are in semi ghetto neighborhoods so I realized b4 going in that I'd be in for a cultural experience. Aisles are very narrow and pushing a cart can be extremely frustrating. I stood in line for 5 minutes in front of the deli counter (no one was in front of me) the employee was on her cell phone on a personal call.(great for business at a grand opening) Anyway, had a gang banger guy giving me the evil eye from the corner and then proceeded to the fish counter. I bought some red snapper and the guy filleted it. I was the only person who was not collecting the remaining fish head, bones, etc., I'm not used to eating third world style. Fish wasn't bad but it took a long time waiting. Customer service here doesn't appear to be their thing. I'm not sure I would want to go in here at night. All in all, they had some good prices but I won't be back. read more
