Now Amarr Clark was very sweet (he's the guy by the car) and the management came expeditiously when I had a problem but over all the company needs work. I think the organization biggest goal is to increase faithful customers. I'm not sure what the motto is there but I do believe more love needs to be placed into the career of a car salesman.

I would give this place a minus 5 stars if I could. I took my 2021 suburban for an oil change ; I requested that they check my truck because my tires were wearing uneven, I was told it could be as simple as alignment needed. gave them my warranty information in case I would need a repair that would be related to front end parts . I specifically stated that my issue was only the uneven tires because I was ready to buy new tires. After 2 hrs Mr. Lewis call me and said I needed to have an alignment to fix my tires wearing uneven. He added that he found 2 codes in my truck but he was already taken care of them. No other details given nor he asked for approval for additional charges from me or the extended warranty. We agreed on the price of the alignment and oil change only ! When I picked my vehicle; I found thru the paper work that they charged my extended warrant 2,000 dlls in labor and 230 dlls in parts .. lied to my warranty telling them I brought the truck with engine light on and that I had discussed an AC issue .. ( never mentioned anything about that, and my vehicle didn't have any engine light on! ) They even made the claim to my extended warranty without consulting with me or getting my approval . I was never informed that my truck had HVAC trouble. And I never had an engine light on. I doubt you need 7 hrs ( 1260dlls ) labor for change an actuator of 30 bucks You need 4 hrs ( 666 dlls) to change one injector ( 132 dlls part) After I read all those charges I called Mr. Lewis and asked for explanation.. he told me he found those problems with the scanner ( can an AC problem be found with scanner ?) and his only arguments was that repairs didn't come out of my pocket, that my extender warrant did pay Seem pretty scamming I doubt now if they really change those parts !! When I left the certificated Chevrolet dealer Mr. Dana stated "you have a great warranty plan " now I know why he said it !

Very disappointing service experience…read more I brought my vehicle to Ford for two recalls, a seat belt sensor issue, a panel warning light, a tire-pressure sensor issue, and an oil change that was quoted at $79. The experience was disappointing from the beginning. I scheduled a 7:00 AM pickup, then called several times to change it to 10:30 AM. Each time, I was told the appointment had been changed. Despite that, the driver arrived at 8:30 AM and apologized for being late for the 7:00 AM pickup. My service manager throughout this experience was Phil Myers. I was told the vehicle would hopefully be ready by Friday afternoon. I explained that my wife is ill and that I urgently needed the vehicle, and Phil said he understood. When I called Friday, only the oil change had been completed and parts still needed to be ordered. The repair estimates were also substantially higher than the online price ranges I had researched. I have used Big Star Ford in the past, so I ultimately authorized the work. By Monday, the sensors and oil change had been completed, but the two recalls had not. I was then told the recall work would require approximately three additional days. Rather than keeping the vehicle and completing the recalls, the dealership returned it to me. I now have to make another appointment and bring the vehicle back again to have the recalls completed. The final prices were also higher than the estimates. For example, the $79 oil change ended up costing $149. The total bill was $1,328 for repairing 3 sensors and an oil change. There was also an issue with the wheel locks. I had never needed the key and did not realize the vehicle had locking lug nuts. I was initially told they might not be able to remove the wheel without the key. They eventually removed it, but when I asked that the locking lug nuts be replaced with standard lug nuts, that was not done. I was told the vehicle would be returned by valet Tuesday morning. I tried reaching Phil at 10:00 AM and again at noon, leaving messages both times. I ultimately contacted the dealership switchboard and reached another employee. The vehicle was finally returned around 2:00 PM. Phil never contacted me regarding the delay. Throughout the process, Phil was consistently difficult to reach. On the occasions when I was able to speak with him, I found his tone dismissive and condescending, which made an already frustrating situation more difficult. I also requested a call from the General Manager. His secretary took my information and said he would return my call, but I never heard from him. The issue isn't simply the cost. The overall communication, turnaround time, follow-through, and customer service were disappointing. I understand that repairs can take time and that unexpected issues can arise, but I expected better communication and would have preferred that the dealership complete the recalls rather than return the vehicle unfinished and require me to schedule another appointment. In summary, a few simple, very expensive repairs were made over a period of 5 days, but the recalls remain outstanding and the overall experience was extremely poor. Based on this experience, I would never use this service department again.

I wish my credit union had been as easy to work with!! (Eyeroll) I walked in about 4.15p on a Thursday evening and was out the door in just over an hour... I was given top dollar for my vehicle and the team was professional and friendly. I can't say enough about Lamrrah! She was understanding and funny and really provided incredibly customer service, which is a dying art!! If you're selling a car, I highly recommend Texas direct auto in league city !!

There was also some upholstery cleaning that can be taken care of in detailing. I went to the Start Toyota - they offered ~$2700. This was the first quote and we did not want to trade-in for any vehicle that they had, because we didn't find any. We did buy another vehicle and were looking to sell ours now. Did not want to go through the private selling hassle because I did not have the time or the expertise to do this here. So, I asked my mechanic for options and he mentioned me to try Carmax. I was hesitant, because a family friend mentioned that they were the lousiest in the business, but I did give a try I went to Carmax; lousiest experience in car dealership ever. They were the roughest bunch of people that I ever dealt with. They survive because of the aggressive advertising. Was given a quote that was $2000 less than what Kelley Blue Book (KBB) average quote was ($3,381-$4,276). Discouraged, I asked the salesman from whom I bought my new vehicle. He directed me to a second-hand car salesman that he knew. That person offered $3000. Life happened and two months went by before I could find time to clean the car and call the guy. In the interim, I felt that I should get more for the car, call it a gut feeling..... So I chanced upon the Signpost when driving on the Gulf Freeway for Texas Direct Auto (TDA). It was the best thing for selling this car that I did. Loved dealing with Michael Ham and Jamicia Ware. Ambience was very calming. Wait was 30 minutes. Quote was hassle-free and quick. Rate was closer to the mid-range of what KBB gave. Walked out happy. Keep up the good work, TDA!!!!!!

I don't believe I asked any though .. hmm ...Samuel made it easy. He was the service expert assigned to me. The car was checked and it was up for its 5 year annual maintenance. He explained all the things they were going to need to check, gave me a detailed list so I really didn't need to ask specifics. He also explained the process, the time it would take and that I will get updates on my phone. I had just gone there for oil change and thought would be back in 30 min, but this was going to take time. I was wondering what to do and was offered a shuttle service to get home and back again. The total charge with all checks, servicing, oil filter, etc came up to close to $1800. Later found out that they have a movie theatre set up with recliner chairs and everything, and you can wait while watching a movie- thats soo cool. Well, I couldn't benefit from it but anyone out there planning to visit for a service that could extend for a few hours- know that they have a theatre with popcorn cool drinks and everything.... There is a dedicated toddler play area as well. Full inspection and maintenance was done in the time committed and I got a video, detailed inspection message , cost incurred , and recommendations right to my phone. Was little bit disappointed with the car wash though. There were visible car wash stains which I noticed when I took out the car at night. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied and would give a shout out to Samuel and Shannon. Good overall experience.

The finance manager, Manuel, never told me the add-ons were optional. He just kept sliding paperwork for me to sign without explaining anything. The day after I bought the car, I told them I didn't want the add-ons. Instead of helping, Manuel and Destanny gave me the complete runaround. Every single person in finance refused to assist me. I had to contact my lender directly to get the add-ons removed because I refused to deal with anyone at this dealership after how they treated me. My lender confirmed that optional add-ons can be removed even after signing -- they are NOT permanent. Destanny also tried to push the newest Corolla on me even after I clearly said my budget was under 25k. She ignored my budget completely. When I said I couldn't afford the unnecessary add-ons, she told me to "bring the vehicle back altogether." The vehicle isn't the problem -- the add-ons and the dishonesty are. I don't care who reads this: take your hard-earned money elsewhere. This dealership does not respect first-time buyers, does not disclose optional products, and does not help when you try to correct their mistakes.
