So we ended up pulling the trigger on a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel, it was a pretty much exactly what we were looking for! Well a month goes by and the vehicle just starts falling apart everything that can fail other than the motor and transmission has failed, thermostat, water pump, throttle body, accelerator pedal, battery, and the list goes on. I took it to a couple shops to get quotes to get the truck back up and running safely on the road and I'm looking 5-10k in potential repairs so now I'm stuck with a 20k paperweight. When I called gates to let them know about the issues the owner continues to tell me, " man I'm sorry I knew those dodges have problems and that I probably shouldn't have risked buying this one but it is as is so sorry buddy" I would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever! Don't go through gates used cars they are crooked sales men that don't care about what they sell!

Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! This was the first quote and we did not want to trade-in for any vehicle that they had, because we didn't find any. We did buy another vehicle and were looking to sell ours now. Did not want to go through the private selling hassle because I did not have the time or the expertise to do this here. So, I asked my mechanic for options and he mentioned me to try Carmax. I was hesitant, because a family friend mentioned that they were the lousiest in the business, but I did give a try I went to Carmax; lousiest experience in car dealership ever. They were the roughest bunch of people that I ever dealt with. They survive because of the aggressive advertising. Was given a quote that was $2000 less than what Kelley Blue Book (KBB) average quote was ($3,381-$4,276). Discouraged, I asked the salesman from whom I bought my new vehicle. He directed me to a second-hand car salesman that he knew. That person offered $3000. Life happened and two months went by before I could find time to clean the car and call the guy. In the interim, I felt that I should get more for the car, call it a gut feeling..... So I chanced upon the Signpost when driving on the Gulf Freeway for Texas Direct Auto (TDA). It was the best thing for selling this car that I did. Loved dealing with Michael Ham and Jamicia Ware. Ambience was very calming. Wait was 30 minutes. Quote was hassle-free and quick. Rate was closer to the mid-range of what KBB gave. Walked out happy. Keep up the good work, TDA!!!!!!
