Rusty's Bistro, located at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, is one of more upscale restaurants of the three choices at the resort. The kid's menu offers everything from steak Kabobs and fish and chips to children favorites such as chicken tenders, hot dogs, burgers and pasta. Everything we ordered was excellent, even the children meals were or high quality! My husband and I shared an appetizer of PEI mussels that were accompanied by the tastiest broth and charred bread. For my entree I selected the scallops and my husband ordered the catch of the day. The side dishes change seasonally so you can always expect the freshest vegetables to be served with your entree. The service was just as excellent as our meal. We adored our server and the manager made time to stop by our table to chat with us.
