After calling him several times, each time he got more rude, he said he would replace the windows. That was just to get me off his back. When the time came to do the work, he said he will see what he can do. At that point I realized that I didn't want his company anyway near my home. I ate the cost. I hired Knight's Glass Block to reinstall everything properly, They did a phenomenal job! The crew they sent are pro's, artist of their trade. They were mortified at the job B&D did. I'm petty sure the owner of B&D, Dave , lives in Troy; he has nice glass block windows on his house.

The Feds call for 'Safety' glass to be installed. What makes it 'Safety Glass?" Lamination. When the glass is made, say 1/4" thick, a transparent plastic film is added in the middle of two 1/8" thick thicknesses, you don't see it. The glass is also designed to turn into pebbles when broken. In an accident, when laminated glass is broken, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass, which crumble into small pieces. Logan Glass has the correct type and thickness of glass on hand, and does the job right. Little details like beveling off the sharp edges.....Done! Price is right as well......

I reached out to Marvis on a short notice and he was able to accommodate all the fix and installation needed to sell the property. He installed for us a new furnace and also addressed multiple pipe leaks for us. His plumber actually missed a few leaks but what I really appreciate from Marvis was he took responsibility for this and sent the plumber out to address this without additional charges. We were very impressed with their showroom and just walking into it gave me great inspiration and choices that helped me put it all together. We live in a two story Colonial which is decorated in the country theme. I wanted that same look as well for the new bathroom. Mike was a great help in making suggestions and bringing ideas to my attention. A pleasant surprise to me as I can surely be a normal female who thinks she has done all her homework on decorating!
