The installers arrived promptly at 8 am and immediately got to work. They were polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. The windows are beautiful and they were done by 1 pm. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and everyone I came into contact with was outstanding. Todd came to my home in late June to assess our Bloodgood Japanese Maple and recommended a "summer compost tea root enhancer application." We agreed and confirmed the quote a week later. That's when all communication from Camelot completely stopped. From early July until September, I heard nothing from them. I repeatedly called their office to get a date for the service but was met with a series of excuses: "the scheduler just left," "the scheduler is on vacation," or "the boss who schedules is out for personal reasons." I was left wondering if the job would ever get done. When they finally came to perform the work the week of September 7th, there was no advance notice, and we were away from our home. The only evidence they had been here was a company sign posted on our lawn. Aside from the sign, I have no way to prove the work was actually performed. This complete lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and follow-through is unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that respects your time and keeps you informed, look elsewhere.
