They were so nice when they came for repair facia and they have given me warranty to call back in case anything happened. They assured me to return back to me and even told me they will come for Tuesday then changed to Wednesday and they changed to next week. Now, I am almost a month coordinating with folks on 586-696-8892 (Daniel) and 248-212-5713 (Will) but no one is picking my calls neither anyone responding me back. I am keep trying -n-trying to connect with them to fix the repairs. At this point they charged me and didn't fix the issue permanently.

Where other roofing contractors were trying to sell me a new roof that I don't need, John discovered that nothing on my roof had been caulked or sealed, causing the leak. Within a few days, someone came out, caulked everything, and replaced a few nails. Price was very reasonable and above that, I appreciate and value the integrity and honesty with which this company works. Their solution to their mistake was to apply concrete stain on the driveway to cover the discoloration. The stain was improperly applied and started peeling shortly after. The pictures show the state of my driveway right now, and it's been over a year and I still don't have a driveway that's properly done. Every worker they have sent out to evaluate the driveway was shocked by how poorly the driveway was done. Nick and his team keep saying they will come out to fix it, but they never show up. They will not properly fix any problems with their poor worksmanship, so please learn from my experience and avoid doing business with them.

They told me it had been approximately 6 years since they had the floor done, and it still looked like brand new. Max was very helpful in the process from setting up an appointment for an estimate, to keeping me apprised of the process leading up to installation. The employees were on time and couldn't be friendlier. They cleaned up upon finishing the job and answered all my questions. The floor is absolutely beautiful. And it has a lifetime warranty.
