Cindy has been making me feel beautiful for over a decade! I had found her Groupon for lash…read moreextensions and decided to give them a try. At the very first appointment she went over the basics, care, cleaning, brushing, etc. I have followed her to any location change she's done throughout the years ever since. She is an amazing and knowledgeable esthetician. I'm not ashamed to admit I had quite the 90s pencil eyebrows look going on when we started out. She let me know in the sweetest yet honest way that my eyebrows needed a change. She is warm, welcoming and easy going. When it comes to scheduling she will do her best to work around your schedule and accommodate you as best she can. The way she does eyelash extensions is a true skill. I constantly get compliments on mine and recommend her to everyone I know. Our appointments always seem to go by in the blink of an eye, whether we are catching up on gossip, having a somewhat therapy session on my personal life or she's letting me catch up on much needed sleep during my lash naps. Her timeliness is very important to me because of my work schedule and mom life/finding a babysitter. Cindy has become like family to me and I appreciate all that she has done and continues to do!

Nice lady but the skill level, quality, and consistency were just not there. Came here some time…read moreago and about 70% of my lashes fell out within two or three days. She offered to fix it but whenever I tried to reschedule with her it was hard to find a time that worked and she wasn't really following up/responsive. Overall, it wasn't worth the money for me and there are far better places nearby that can give you what you're looking for.

Out of the 20+ times I've had my lashes done, this was by far the worst experience. TLDR: Avoid…read more There are far better lash spots. Overall, I'd don't like how the lash tech acted (on her phone and taking multiple phone calls/texting during the appointment). See below. 1.) There is no thorough consultation process. Since I've had my lashes done previously, I knew what I wanted but this may not be the spot for you if it's your first time getting lashes done. 2.) The actual lash placement (classic set) only took 45 minutes. This may seem like a positive thing but I'm not sure it was. A clump of lashes on the inner corner of my right eye started dangling off about 1 hour post visit. 3.) It was the most torturous lash placement I've ever had. For some context, there were no eye bag/pads that normally sit under your lower lashes placed, They simply place tape all over your eye and forehead area. This causes your eye to open a smidge. Due to the poor isolation, my eyes kept burning. I initially asked for a mini fan so I could stop tearing, the lash tech didn't understand. When I brought up my concern that it was physically hurting, I was told that I need to relax since my eye was twitching, making it difficult for the lash tech to apply the lashes. I then explained I am twitching because my eye is open and probably reacting to the fumes. 4.) I understand these lash mishaps can happen, but it's how you manage it that matters. I kid you not, the lash tech kept throwing her hands down (next to my pillow) in frustration, she constantly sighed/groaned, and she starting talking on the phone. It was not a relaxing experience. 5.) Given how sensitive eyes are in general and how bacteria filled cell phones are, it's not a good idea to text on your dirty cell phone while applying lashes to your client. Not to mention rude---she kept stopping to text....and it still took under an hour. 6.) I was uncomfortable. There is a cluster missing in the inner right corner just 2 hours post visit. Additionally, the lash on my left outside corner, is not placed well so it feels like my eye is being scratched every 3 seconds. 7.) When I texted the owner about the cluster selling out under 2 hours later, I commend she was quick to respond in fixing it. I didn't end up getting it 'fixed' for reasons made in this review. 8.) It's a little over two weeks later so I can see some of these lashes have pulled away my natural lash. Idk that these are legitimate lash techs. Overall, not a comfy or positive experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I would leave negative 10 stars if I could!!…read more The same woman did my sisters facial, and mine, at the same time. She did not wash her hands in between. She used the same bowl of dirty water for both our faces, as well as the same dirty tools. When I used the bathroom I saw the bowl used for my face next to the toilet. My face is now infected and breaking out from dirty water, tools, and hands. Completely disgusting and unsanitary. They need to be inspected and shut down immediately. Not only was it NOT relaxing at all, I now have a whole infection on my face.

The women there are very sweet and the facility itself is clean and beautifully designed as well as very comfortable. I am a young student so this is definitely a luxury but worth every penny because when Liu, my eyelash technician, handed me a mirror, I was blown away!! I felt and still feel like a million bucks and immediately booked my appointment with her for touch ups. Her service is exceptional and full of quality and care. I traveled from Cambridge, Ma because of the reviews and I'm so happy I did. There were several other groupons offering eyelash services right in Boston but none of them impressed me. I am happy to travel here and can't wait to try their other services!

Okay so in short: Millie is amazing…read more I've had my lashes done by a few different lash artists and one even ruined my lashes a year ago so I put off eyelash extensions for a while (over a year). I did a lot of research and Millie had great reviews (for good reason) and I'm so glad I decided to go to her! Walking into Allure, it's very comfortable and relaxing. Her entire set up is clean and cute! My first time visiting - I had no idea how lash sizes or curl works (no one ever really told me) but she explained it to me and told me what would compliment my eye shape. I let her do her thing and the results were amazing! I got a hybrid set and I go back every two or three weeks for a hybrid fill. I am more than satisfied every time! She also tells you how to take good care of them which I really appreciate. Millie is incredibly talented and a very sweet woman. You can tell she takes pride in her work and consistently strives to be better. She is also very gentle and thorough. I don't trust anyone else near my eyes. I have been going to her for a bit now and I will not go to anyone else! If you're looking to get your lashes done, definitely go to Millie! Edit: I should've added that I have very short eyelashes and she handles them so well. The hybrid is a mix between classic and volume because I can't have anything too dramatic for the office. It's perfect. Thanks Millie!

I did lots of homework and decided to try Heshi. So glad I did! I HIGHLY recommend Heshi!! My Hollywood volume lashes look fabulous and she was very careful. At one point, she had me take a look to see if I wanted a fuller look. I was looking for a more natural look to start. She made the whole experience very comfortable and easy. She took my temperature upon arrival and provided a seemingly sanitized setting. Only odd thing was laying down wearing a mask, but can't be helped during times like these! I used to experience slight stinging and red eyes a little after my last lash experience, but nothing with Heshi. It was awesome to walk out of there and step right into my next plans for the day!
