But I really felt next to nothing. I sat with the needles in me for about an hour and a half. During this process, I experienced something I never expected. I felt so relaxed. My breathing was relaxed and there was so much less pain in my trigger finger. Then he tells me to flex my finger. I was so afraid. But I did it and I could flex my trigger finger. She would go to Dr. Cho once in a while, and she would literally be walking out as if nothing ever happened. I can't say I don't envy that because my body type just requires more visits (a lot more). I never thought I would also wake up with a (very) stiff neck.. It was so bad that it was impossible for me to do just simple tasks.
