Michelle and Tina are running an excellent salon. They are thorough, quick, gentle and communicate well. I have particularly appreciated Michelle's advice on color. After I have made a polish selection, she will bring over a couple of alternatives and take the time to put each on a nail. I have gone with her choices for ones that I would not have selected myself and been delighted. She knows how to match color with skin tones and my muted color tastes. She's also excellent at dealing with some nail "issues" that I have. She really knows her stuff. She spent 1 1/2 hours on my mani and pedi today so don't take my "quick" comment to mean rushed at all. You really can't go wrong with either Michelle or Tina. I have been going to bayside nail for services for years now. It is the best nail salon around. Michelle and her staff by far have the most sanitary practices I've ever seen from a nail salon - no chemical odors, they throw your mani/pedi supplies out after single use, impressively use sanitized and sealed implements for each client, line the foot baths for each client, and most recently I feel they have the safest covid protocols in place! The atmosphere in her newly renovated modern and super clean salon can't be beat by any other nail salon around! Michelle is always very conscious of her place and her clients needs. Michelle and her team are the best. Hands down! I was lucky enough to find this place a few years ago. They greet you with a warm smile and treat you like you're family. I am very particular with my nails and would highly highly recommend this place. Unlike most nail salons that I have been to before, there was no stinky chemical or nail polish smell when you walk through the door. The own er is very particular when it comes to following safety protocols, especially now. Her salon is impeccably clean and organized. Self care is so important, especially these days. This beautiful nail salon is such a treat to visit! The owner, Michelle, has gone above and beyond to provide the same great experience that her clients have become accustomed to, all while implementing full Covid precautions. This salon is immaculate (which is very important to me), and I have never smelled fumes/odors (also important, as I am asthmatic.) The staff is exceptional but the facility itself is immaculate. The pride the owner takes and expects from her employees is exceptional high from the nail services offered to the salon itself. Michelle and her team are professional and CLEAN. From my 1st visit years ago I noticed the cleanliness. The shop was moved and when I arrived this too was clean and because of COVID I was asked to wait for 5 mins outside then wash my hands and every station has a clear plastic screen for safety. The professionalism remains as does the quality service. I have always been comfortable in this shop and find no issues with air quality or cleanliness, actually quite the contrary. This nail salon is fantastic! Michelle and everyone else there are great at their jobs. The place is very clean, and I feel very comfortable going there, even with Covid. Some nail places are quite smelly due to the nail polish, but I've never noticed that at BAYSIDE. I highly recommend this place. My boyfriend told me about this nail salon because he was working in wolfeboro, and my daughter and I go regularly now. I get compliments on my nails and they are extremely nice and make you feel comfortable. The place is super clean and spacious and I love how sanitary they are. I will keep going there. I have been going to Bayside Nails for a few years now. The salon is a very clean, fresh salon. There has never been an issue with ventilation in the salon. Michelle is amazing.
