For years I've looked for chiropractors that can help but was always disappointed. Some would just put me in a massage chair, yes a massage chair, for 30 min and crack two times and call it a day. Couple days ago my mom found this place on yelp, was skeptical because of my unfortunate experiences with other "chiropractors" but my back was in so much pain so I decided to go. We set an appointment today, Monday July 27 at 4pm. When we arrived we were greeted by Dr. Mandel, from the start he was very kind and had good vibes. Very friendly guy. We got started right away, first Dr. Mandel checked where I was feeling pain from then Dr. Mandel loosened my muscles with a machine (I don't know what's the machine called). Then finally the moment I've been waiting for, he cracked my upper back first. He felt where the tension was and cracked. Then he cracked my lower back. At this point I already felt like I got a new back. Then he checked my neck and cracked it three times. WOW... I felt like a brand new person. I will most definitely be coming back. I can't wait to come back and try the Y-strap, yes he has the thing that those chiropractic YouTubers use. If you have back pain and need a good chiropractor go here. It is worth it!!

Quality of Care / Quality of Life…read more I came to this facility because of the high recommendations. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit. So far, the quality of care I have received has led to a better quality of life because of them. I highly recommend this place! Jahn G.

Not sure why there arent more reviews of Dr Pruden - but you can trust that the 5 star ratings…read morethat are here, are 100% true. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Pruden from back when we each had no grey in our hair - and he remains the only chiropractor I fully trust til this day. I recently went to see him due to a new issue with damaged nerves and a slipped disc, which most chiropractors tell you they can fix in just a few adjustments. Dr Pruden took the time to read thru my entire MRI images (not just the report summary, which is what most doctors do) and showed me in great detail where my issue was, and why I would likely need surgery, which was something that my medical doctor has never told me. He also did something that NO CHIROPRACOR WOULD EVER DO which is to tell me to save my money and that for my condition, any relief would be temporary, which I have since confirmed with my doctor. Any other chiropractor would have told me that they could treat me, but it would take a commitment of 2-4 visits a week and that they could sell me a package of 10. I hope this makes clear that the in addition tio being the best chiropractor in the NY area, he also has great integrity, and he will never strong you along just to get paid. If you are reading this and havent seen Dr Pruden, what are you waiting for :)

The things that I've heard of them doing as well are doing some of these things to me are Interferential electrical muscle stimulation, Mechanical traction, Cryotherapy and Moist heat therapy. I'd highly recommend the custom pillow and the zinc spray that she sells. If you have issues with your ankles and calf's like I do I recommend to ask her to check that out and you might be able to get custom made insoles for your sneakers or pumps.
