They had a lot of neon acrylic paint but didn't have much to choose from in regular colors; a lot of the skus were sold out. When we were checking out, we went to separate registers as the store was busy. I found out after we left we had different experiences at checkout. While the cashier that helped my mom was really nice to her and even went out of her way to have someone get some push pins for her, the cashier helping me was the total opposite. I've been receiving coupons from Michael's via email for years. When I told the cashier I had a coupon and started to look for it on my phone, she told me they don't send coupons out to customers that way. I said yes, they do and asked her to wait until I got the coupon up on my phone to scan it. She then told me the total and asked me to pay without waiting for the coupon. I then saw my mom waiting for me so I paid and left. I won't be coming back here.

I ended up leaving and just ordering what I needed from another shop. If the owner or store manager sees this please encourage better behavior. For those with accessibility challenges, this had one of the roomiest layouts of any store that I saw in Bainbridge.
