From what we could see, the kitchen looked clean and the drive-thru area was well kept. After a few minutes looking over the menu, a sweet young lady took our order and asked us to pull forward to the waiting area. About 20 minutes later, she brought out our food, explained how everything was packed, and we headed home. Once we got home, we were impressed with how nicely everything was packaged. We ordered the crawfish chowder--excellent, creamy, and loaded with meat and veggies! We also got the boudin egg rolls, which were large, crispy, and very tasty. And then the King Trio: King crab legs, Dungeness clusters, shrimp, potatoes, and corn. There was a great amount of King crab, and we added an extra Dungeness cluster, so it was definitely plenty of food. Everything was cooked perfectly, though a few bites were a bit salty--but still delicious. We'll definitely be going back to try more dishes... and we won't try to walk in next time! So being compared to that delectable taste profile , although a decent attempt at good , this fell way short from great. I got the L1 bag with the house spicy sauce that included crawfish ( that were still too hard in the shell) , mussels, (that were pretty good, but a little past al dente to my liking) and shrimp that were big, but also over cooked like rubber band texture). They were baked or packaged on 02/09 and end of life is 02/12/2026. There are 6 of them in the container that go bad tomorrow. Why would they even sell them at full price? I will throw most of them away tomorrow night and never be able to order them again. My other complaint is that if I order 6 cans of dog food, it is because I need 6 cans, not 4. Three dogs equals 6 cans. If you can't match the order, then explain that you don't have that much. I love the service. The people are fantastic. They just need to work on a lot of small issues.
