Today was my first and last time visiting this location. I visited with my young daughter and…read moregrandmother whom is blind to aid her monthly grocery shopping. Everything was fine until we reached the frozen food section where she gets her TV dinners and was met by a girl named Cossandra, Cassandra who was putting away inventory. We heard her mumbling things as the space was tight but assumed she wasn't speaking to us. We continued shopping and she carried on putting away the food and breaking down boxes until she walked around before us and slammed one of then broken down into a cart that was full of boxes that she'd previously broken down. The box scratched my back and I said excuse me. She responded by saying, "Oh did I hit you?" I said, "Yes". She then said, "Oh baby I didn't hit you, you're fine. It was just air." I didn't respond but went to the manager to explain what happened. We then continued shopping and again all was fine until we got to the front and was met by a Hispanic girl and a guy dressed in red neck attire by the name of Addison who was in conversation with a customer whom was leaned over the belt with no groceries. They glared at us before breaking up their conversation and the girl started to check out the groceries. She scanned two groceries before Addison yelled she has two cases of water, giving me no chance to tell her and I can only assume because he thought we would steal them. I ignored and walked the basket down to the end of the checkout. My grandmother likes to hear what is going on while we shop so as I reassured her that the cashier got the water with a question to the cashier, Addison leaned over close to my ear and again yelled with stern eyes, "She got the water!" I continued to load our cart although his tone alarmed and scared my daughter. As we were finishing up, I noticed that he started punching the air in which my daughter was in the cart near his fist and this too frightened her. Addison shared a glance with the cashier and they begin to laugh. At this point I was trying to hurry to get my daughter and grandmother away from the angry Addison and get them to safety. Kroger do better

My wife and I visited the store on University Drive in Nacogdoches, TX on August 20 at 4:30 pm to…read moremake a return. We were told by "Ray Ray" that the cashier on aisle 3 could help us. We went to aisle 3 and she pointed to the booth which was closed. I told her we were told by Ray Ray, who was at the self checkout aisle that, that she could help us. Then she sent us to aisle 1 after picking up the phone briefly. Then the cashier at aisle 1 didn't know how to do a return and called Ray Ray over there. I tried to tell Ray Ray that he had sent us to someone who didn't know how to do a return. I was just trying to tell him that he shouldn't tell someone that unless he knew they could do a return. He totally ignored me when I was trying to tell him about this and just tried to solve the problem and get us out of the store quickly. I could tell he didn't want to hear about it. I work at a store and if I give someone the wrong information I at least apologize. Considering the fact that y'all hire young people, you need to teach them some communication skills and that they need to listen to criticism even if they don't like it. I don't really want to go back to that store because of that experience. You guys do have competition and also the fact that the only guy there who knew how to do returns only reluctantly helped after we had been to two other people shows that you have a lack of training in that location. My wife also told me that he didn't scan one of the items so she has to go back to the store. He was in a rush to get us out of the store and had an attitude. That's why he made that mistake and I don't appreciate it. You need to train your employees that they need to find the answer to a question or find someone who does and take the time to do it. They need to admit to the customer they need help and even leave their post to find someone if necessary. I often see them standing around at the other Kroger, just joking and laughing with each other and not even opening up lanes when it gets busy and there's a long line. You really need to hire better workers ,communicators with more maturity. I spend a lot of money at your store and WalMart is starting to look pretty good right now. Also, you might look into the source of your avocados because yours always go from green straight to rotten after I have them at home while WalMarts avocados seem to ripen perfectly. I would actually rather go to an HEB but there is not one in this town. Really getting fed up with your employees and their lack of customer service
