There was a male and female working the front desk, who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was sold out for the night and it definitely showed! The lobby was constantly full of traffic. While we sat in the lobby and ate, we also watched tv, which the staff gave us the remote to change the channel. There are multiple televisions so multiple channels can by watched. We purchased beer and wine from the market but I wish there was a better selection for the wines. There was a shift change while we were there and the next employee hustled her butt off! I wish I would have asked her name because she was working nonstop the entire time we were sitting there. She was about 5'8", slim, African American, maybe mid 30's, and working Saturday evening into Sunday morning. The room was clean, the AC worked well, the shower did not have a lot of pressure though.
