This was a nice Baymont Inn and Suites. We got in late from an all day drive and Miss Wanda greeted us so warmly at the front desk. My husband and our cousins went to eat and I was just sort of more tired than hungry so I got some changed from Miss Wanda for a Coke (Pepsi) and ate a bag of free pretzels they had at the front desk. I traded a decaf coffee for a regular and Miss Wanda gave me 2 and said if I wanted more all I needed to do was ask. She also said if I decided I was hungry that there was yogurt and would even get me something from the kitchen... Would check what she could do. She was soooooooo sweet. It's the little things that turn out to be huge when reflecting on your stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The towels were fine... Not the biggest and fluffiest but definitely not chinsey!! We're pretty easy to please. :) Breakfast was good. They had waffles *and* sugar free syrup so my husband was happy. There was hot food and fresh fruit. Everything was clean. Miss Wanda definitely should be commended. We loved her. read more

This motel seems to be under a change and the curb appeal is awful because the landscape people quit. When we got inside, we were very happy because the facility is very clean and has been undergoing some updates. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the beds were great, the bathroom was spotless and the towels were in great shape. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge and a smaller flatscreen TV with plenty of channels. The staff is nice and the continental breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, coffee & juice. They also had scrambled eggs, hash browns with sausage mixed in & toast. We had a ground floor accessible room with 2 queen beds. Price was $85.00 per night. We will definitely stay here again! read more

Terrible - Very disappointing for the Baymont brand. Don't stay here. In terrible condition. The outside looks like its been abandoned. Weeds and trash everywhere. 1.) Outside door at the end of hallway had hinges ripped out of door frame. Outside door could not be closed. Security problem. 2.) Water coming out of shower faucet was brown. Sediment in plumbing. Cleared up in about 5 minutes of running but this means that this room hasn't been occupied for a long time most likely. 3.) Woman's long brown hairs on "clean" pillow. 4.) Spiders 5.) Shard of glass in one of the bath towels. 6.) Front desk was unable to print out a receipt and when he finally got it, it didn't have any costs on it. All zeros. Not the best hotel we've ever stayed in, the first room they put us in had hair in one of the beds, so my mom complained and got us moved, there was a weird odor in the hallways and rooms. Their pool is open despite the website saying it isn't. Breakfast was fine, except there wasn't much to choose from and it didn't seem fresh. The man who checked us seemed spaced out like he didn't know where he was. Rooms need updating. Bathrooms in both rooms were actually very clean. Hotel is dated, which is not the problem I have with this hotel....I expect as much from a 2 star hotel. The floor in the fitness room was sticky, but that may have happened before a cleaning person was available or they were not yet aware it. My only real problem is the "continental breakfast". No milk for cereal. Coffee was literally water (that's not an exaggeration, I think they forgot to add coffee to the maker). 3 sad excuses for Danish and 2 pieces of toast. No beverage choices except water (and the previously mentioned "coffee"). When my concerns were expressed to the employee her response was "I'm new, it's only my second day", along with a cursory search in the dry cabinets for milk. I do understand the issues that can occur in hospitality during this time of COVID, but it appears as more of a cost cutting strategy than a COVID issue. read more

Comfortable beds, clean sheets, and hot water is what you get here. Maintence has been deferred or just lacking. The swimming pool is large and heated; however it has lost all of its bottom grip so is very slippery when trying to stand up in the water. The hot tub was nice but one of the jets was broken. The exterior door leading into the building is broken from the hinge preventing it from closing and making the access card lock ineffective. The hallway leading to the rooms is missing baseboards and you can see a hole in the wall and a broken outlet cover. The rooms show similar lack of maintenance with a broken GFI and rusted bath drain. Our room was not cleaned very good so there was left over food in the fridge and the drawers along with the previous persons hair in the tub. The breakfast was yogurt, toast, eggs and sausage Pattie's with juice and coffee. I may or may not stay here again if need be. read more

I stayed at 6/62024 for five minutes. Upon entering the property, it was filthy. When I went to the room, dozens of moths and two bugs crawled on the wall near the bed, and the room smelled musty. I took multiple pictures and went down to the front desk, and I shared my pictures via cell phone with the manager on duty and requested a refund; I was told I would receive one. I also took photos of the outside of the property with all the weeds, broken fixtures, and potholes - and then copied the fraudulent pictures they showed of a beautiful property online in case I ran into issues with the refund. Well I did, after multiple calls to follow up on the refund, I was informed I was denied the refund by front desk, the owner, and the GM. This is a horrible property with poor customer service and is not representative of Wyndham properties. I have contacted the Health Department, Wyndham Corp, and shared pictures online. I also wrote a review from the follow up email asking me about my stay. It also appears the staff lives at the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. read more

If i was reading on customer service alone Corey would get 5 stars for sure. We pulled in at 4am after a long drive and he quickly checked me in, and gave me a great rate. Offered to extend my check out so I could sleep a little. He was great. The room however had a funky smell and when traveling with a pregnant woman not very good. However I told Corey and he gave me some room deodorizer which took care of the problem. Thanks Corey you helped a lot. read more

This was a great place to stay for the night with our two toddlers. The place was quiet and clean and the front desk staff was professional. It's also next to a local coffee place and if you need supplies there are a couple of truck stops nearby. Great place w/ a great staff. read more

We went on a roadtrip and stopped here after 16 hours on the road, the staff checking us in was super nice and suggested a nearby restaurant plus gave me a menu. The beds were comfy, pillows big, and breakfast decent. If we're in the area again we will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE DURING COVID, as the management do not wear masks and the rooms are not clean, let alone disinfected. We chose to stay at a big chain hotel because all the big companies have common-sense policies in effect to keep guests safe--or so we thought. No signs about anything like that were posted here, and the manager and assistant manager were not wearing masks. The room itself smelled musty and had hairs on the mattress, which wouldn't be fun in the best of times, but was downright alarming during a pandemic when everything really needs to be clean. We will probably be fine if we get COVID, but who knows who we'd spread it to--older people, people with underlying conditions, etc. Here's hoping we didn't get it at the Baymont. All staff were very nice and exceptionally helpful! Carrie, the manager, went above and beyond to help us during the recent storm when our vehicle wouldn't start. I can't say enough nice things about the staff working there. 4 stars because overall the building needs some maintenance work and since I'm extra sensitive to perfumes, I think there was excessive amount perfume from "air fresheners" and/or cleaning supplies. It's possible that was because we have dogs, and we were in a pet friendly room. read more

We stayed here last week and this week were charged $250 for using an external door that was broken when we arrived. They said they charged us as it was a safety hazard however they never told us about said "safety hazard" so really they are just stealing from customers. The room was extremely dated, the beds were horribly old and worn, the pillows were a cheap Walmart brand, the linen old, worn, and hard. But the worst part was the slamming doors all night long. The Baymont staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an accident on I-70 and was stuck waiting for transportation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The clerk even offered me a ride to Colorado Springs if I could not make other arrangements. I was also offered a ride to go get food etc. the room was clean and comfortable. I was happy that I choose Baymont for the night. I will stay here every time I need a room in this area. Under the circumstances, I could not have been better served! Great place! read more

So glad we found Baymont Inn & Suites's accommodation in Limon on our road-trip. Super friendly check-in. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We stayed here for one night on our way through. First impression was not good as the landscaping needed some attention with many weeds and dead shrubs. The front desk staff was very helpful. We were greeted by Wanda who was very friendly and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. The room smelled musty and one lamp shade had several big dents in it. The bathroom was small and while not spotless was ok. There was a good selection of cereals, bagels, muffins but no fresh fruit except for a few bananas. The hot selection included unappetizing looking scrambled eggs, ham and some sort of sausage. The TV in the breakfast room was set to a Russian news station and the front desk clerk said that it not her choice but it was always set to that channel. Overall, I would not recommend. read more

Overall a very nice, well priced hotel. Miss Wonda at the front desk was very pleasant and fun to talk to during our stay. No complaints about the room, I would definitely call ahead as this location gets plenty of guests during the week. This location is pet friendly with a $25 fee that was discussed during booking of the renovations. I am happy to find a pet friendly location, however the $25 pet fee is a little high especially for a small dog. The problem was the room had a really bad odor from what I can only imagine was the previous pet. We could not stay in the room. Stayed here one night (6/6/18) after my daughter made a reservation on booking.com. When we left in the morning, I noticed the final bill was TWICE the room rate. They supposedly fixed that, but then we found out they had also charged my daughter's cc thru booking.com. The staff, while friendly, clearly had no clue how to fix this and spent 40 minutes on the phone talking to someone else, and as it turns out, still didn't fix it. Stayed there last night. No reservations, but the front desk staff was so wonderful and friendly it didn't matter. They offered me and my young son snacks, asked about our trip, were funny and warm. Such a great experience after a long day of traveling across the country in a big U Haul with a child. Pool was great, nice hot breakfast and most importantly: the room was clean!!
