When he saw them, he said it was one of three possible issues. He was right. Jerry honed in on the leak and contained the repair to a 2'x3' drywall patch! I'm not sure anyone else would have been so considerate. Kimmons Plumbing saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. They were careful to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum, and they cleaned up when they were finished the job! They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work well within the timeframe they gave me. Jeremy, Jerry, and Cade were knowledgable and professional, and did an excellent job. Initially, we thought it was just leaks through the grout work on the tub that was causing the issue. However, we finally determined that there was a plumbing issue with the bathroom. I contacted this office on two separate occasions. The receptionist was very polite and assured me that the owner would contact me about my concerns. To be fair, I had no plans or intentions to demand they do something. Rather, I wanted to ask if others in the development had the same issue (I know they did) and see whether Bruce's was able to identify the problem. I was trying to avoid ripping out an entire section of the sheetrock ceiling chasing a leak. I never received a return call. It should be noted that there was also two separate faucets in the bathrooms that were installed backwards. I'm only leaving this review because I could not get anyone to simply return my call and help me with an obvious craftsmanship error. I ended up having to hire a separate plumber who was able to identify that the overflow for the tub was installed incorrectly causing a sporadic leak. It has now been fixed. I can't say whether I am an anomaly. What I can say is this business performed subpar work on my new construction, and then when I tried to simply engage in a conversation about what was happening, nobody would return my calls. If you have other options for plumbers, don't walk, run, toward a different one.

Obviously First American Home warranty should take some of the blame. Plumber offered to come fix issue with Plumbing, but I have a different contractor on job at this point who warranty company reassigned. I had to purchase the parts and new contractor is installing them. Seems that warranty company thought they would buy out coverage for three times less than parts cost. Both contractors stated they are doing labor for free. I just want my issue fixed. Issue Winds up costing me $95 service fee and parts at $271. This total $366 plus the annual fee of having home warranty that i have only used once this yearly cycle witch end next month. I definitely will not be renewing membership agian for sure! Bottom line Heburt Plumbing didn't communicate with me and warranty company misleading information to Heburt Plumbing saying job was a pay out was the problem. ​

I guess when they get it wrong they really get it wrong!…read more 4 attempts to repair a running toilet - 4 times (and I told them what was wrong in the first visit) Visit 1: Showed up on a motorcycle - said he ran out of gas. Mansplained my theory was wrong and it was the water valve pulling water from the tank. 5 minutes after he left it started running again. Visit 2: Explained to my partner someone replaced the handle at some point to our $1,500 toilet with an after market one, so he made created his own handle. After he left I tested it, his creation was too long for the inside of the toilet and the flapper now got hung up on his creation. He told the owner he tested before he left, but pictures speak for themselves. Visit 3: Called an hour late saying he would be there in 5 minutes. I told him he was an hour late and we were headed out the door. He has attitude I was wrong. Sent him a screen shot of schedule text and he apologized. Pulled manual confirmed my theory of the issue, hired new plumber.

He made some suggestions but said he didn't know if they would do any good. Based on his lack of knowledge we decided to take no action. Before he left I asked him if he could turn the w h temp down and said he would have to go down to his truck to get a screw driver( we are in a high rise) I was surprised he would make a service call without tools. When he came back it took about 3 minutes to adjust the temp and 1 minute to give me a bill for $148 to be paid in cash or pay a service fee for using a credit card.(another service fee and $100 for a 2 minute turn of the screw driver. All in all, I was left with the feeling that I was totally screwed.
