Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! I paid over $550 for a leak repair, but the problem was not fixed. When the plumber returned, they…read moresaid the toilet now had a leak and that replacing it would cost another $600 for the toilet and labor, or $250 discounted rate , if I purchased the toilet myself. The plumber put tape over the hole and placed the toilet over it, with water still in the toilet bowl. Hope no gas fumes come through the hole/opening, which is extremely concerning. I am now having to find another plumber to properly fix the problem. I contacted the owner about the situation, but the owner did not respond. No emergency here. I was also charged an additional 4% for paying by credit card. Visa allows a maximum 3% surcharge under its U.S. rules, so make sure you check the surcharge and your receipt carefully. After spending over $500 and still having an unresolved problem, I would not EVER use this company again. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before hiring them. RUN! Never CALL! Dispatch Lady always has a bad day!
