Kevin, replaced the insulation and drywall after spraying cavities with anti mold. We had many problems do to previous water damage, mold, and on the ceilings were both nicotine stains and water damage. There were also bad patch jobs on ceiling. Kevin treated and repaired the ceiling stains an damage. Then he retextured ceilings where needed and matched. as well. The ceilings he painted and everything looks great. Kevin retextured some walls and repaired other walls where there was water and mold damage. There were new spaces created and Kevin did the drywall an finish.
