Extremely disorganized, they often mess up my monthly payments and so I have to keep my own books and cross-check their records. The envelopes they send out are so cheap the glue sticks to the bill and it tears when you pull it out. I wrote an angry letter about them failing to reflect a payment that I had made and the main guy called me all upset. He confront me about the slight I had added about his company, but didn't want to talk about the myriad of complaints the letter had contained. Once again this month they have screwed up my payments. This time they didn't cash my last month's check until today (a month later). It really screwed up my books. Now it feels like I'll be paying double. I double checked the date on the check. It was dated for a month ago, so it just sat on their desk until now. Not sure how they stay in business.
