Second time using this dealer several years years apart and another horrible experience. At least they're consistent. I called service to make an appointment for a known issue with the thermostat. My mechanic found it in about 10 seconds while scanning the car due to the check engine light being on. He told me, since the car is under warranty, to bring it to the dealer. I called, and the woman who scheduled the appointment (who was very nice) told me to drop it off at 8:45 AM and that I would have it back the same day, the latest by closing. Sounds reasonable, right? Well... Thursday morning, I get there, and the service advisor tells me it will take 24-48 hours just to run diagnostics, most likely 48 hours. I questioned it since the issue was already identified and I was told same day turnaround. He said that was incorrect. I asked if I would at least have it by end of day Friday. His response? "Maybe, maybe Monday." Four days? Are you kidding? So you are telling me you are keeping my car for up to four days because you need to run diagnostics for something that was already diagnosed in seconds? I need my car for the weekend, so I left. The following week I brought it to Staten Island Mazda, they did the job in 24 hours, no games, no nonsense, just fixed it, and they even washed my car! Night and day difference. If the person booking appointments is misinformed, that's on Bay Ridge Mazda, train them better. If the service department cannot be transparent or chooses not to be, that is also on them. Either way Bay Ridge Mazda is at fault here. Never using Bay Ridge Mazda again. read more

We live in MD close to DC, but found the most perfect 2023 Mazda CX9 Signature trim in Brooklyn, NY at Bay Ridge Mazda. I clicked on it to have someone contact me for more info. Julio Lazaro contacted me and confirmed that this car had only 4,111 miles!!! It was even listed for $2,300 less than another 2023 Mazda CX9 Signature trim that we were looking at with more miles (27,820 miles)!!! Julio communicated with us daily as we purchased the car sight unseen. He even worked with us, our insurance, and the DMV to ensure everything was completed in time for when we would get to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership to complete the sale and paperwork, the receptionist and Juan greeted us. We sat with Juan who completed all the necessary paperwork with us and then took us to meet the finance manager Bryan Rodriguez who assisted us in choosing which of the 4 Mazda Extended CPO Warranties we wanted and then completed the sale. The few Yelp reviews I've written are the result of either really good or really bad experiences. In this case it's the latter. I had a verbal agreement with the sales manager to purchase a car at an agreed upon price. I had my own financing lined up, and their website says all over that you do not need to finance through them. The sales manager said he'd get back to me. He didn't. I had to call to follow up and left a message for him. Instead of calling me he had the salesman text me to say if I want to buy the car I'll have to finance through them. No explanation other than the salesman saying they don't accept bank checks. Don't accept banks checks?! LOL, what a joke. I told them when I was at the dealership that I had my own financing and they made no indication it would be a problem. Don't do business here. read more

Shifty, evasive, lying creeps. They sold us a pre-owned vehicle with a service contract. Next day we realized we hadn't been given an option to forego the service contract. We don't drive a lot and figured over 5 years there'd be a possibility to pay less, even if expenses were out of pocket. We went back to the dealership and asked to cancel the contract. No problem they said, you're within 30 days. Phews. We were told they'd send the refund to the loan company, which would be processed by the time of the first billing cycle on the loan. That was 4 months ago and the opera surrounding the billion ways they have tried to avoid our inquiries (as to the status of the refund) would make your hair stand on end. They screwed up by sending us a signed promissory note, stating we were owed the refund. So we are filing in small claims court. Huge waste of time, from a bunch of seasoned fraudsters. read more

I was in the market for a used 2022 Acura MDX and Bay Ridge Mazda had an off lease model with low mileage and clean carfax. It was non-CPO but I was saving a decent amount, close to $4k by going this route. Met with Vincent Tran, who told me he was at the dealership for about a year, just out of college. Straightforward, direct and able to answer all my questions, it was an easy sell. I see other bad review and have to say I can't imagine Vincent treating someone badly, especially if they were going to be buying a top line trim vehicle. Their service department isn't good and their salespeople are not good either! It started off rocky from the jump. I visited the dealership to test drive a vehicle and was given a vehicle trim I specifically said I didn't want. I test drove it anyway just so I can get a feel for the car, then return to test drive a car I was interested in...I was told there was a car available and I would receive a phone call...no callback. I ended up purchasing the vehicle from their brand neighbor...I went to their service department for service and was treated as if I was a nuisance who stopped by to say hello every week...I was not treated like I had just purchased a car the week before from their brand dealer (Bay Ridge Honda). I was only offered a loaner vehicle after going back to my salesperson and informed him of my ordeal. I called them regarding the status of my repair any only received a random text message stating they would let me know on Monday-- I arrived Thursday for service! The following Monday, I received proper communication regarding the status of my vehicle, but it seemed it was only after I sent a message to the service department online regarding my frustrations. There was a phone call from a person who said they were a manager, but they never returned my call. I have a co-worker who was in the market for a Volkswagen... I informed him about Bay Ridge but he hesitated after I told him about my experience about the Mazda location. Since then, he has purchased a brand new Tiguan from another dealer, and I have been to another service department. I was treated the way a customer should. 0/10 would not recommend! read more

I purchased a car from this group in 2017 for my business. I financed it to build my business credit. At least that's what the manager told me I was doing. I am now ready to purchase another vehicle for my business. My plan was to purchase another vehicle from them. Only I discovered that the manager lied to me. The payments I made were not helping me build my business credit because the finance company did not report it to my business credit profile. A wasted effort. What customer service? My wife and I walked in today hoping to choose between a CX-5 and CX-50. We were greeted by the receptionist and was told someone would help us, but can help ourselves on the floor first. We checked out the CX-50 and discussed what we like for about five minutes and wandered the floor a bit longer. No one greeted us or made an effort to help us - but everyone was on their phones. Finally we went back to the receiptionist to see if they had a CX-5 in the showroom, when she finally grabbed an associate who said it was parked across the street, and just unlocked it for us to go see. Didn't even bother walking us there to provide any help, just "here you go, go look". We went across the street, car wasn't even unlocked. All in all, it was a pretty bad experience and we did end up choosing a CX-50 from a different dealership read more

Picked up my car from being serviced today... and surprised to see $400 worth of Labor tacked onto the $200+ I was told over the phone when I asked what the damage would be... after being told what is recommended. The worst experience I've ever had with trying to buy a car. This deserves a zero star; even negative. I went there with good intentions of buying a new CX90 and the sales rep Vincent Tran was extremely dismissive and condescending and constantly looked down on us when we tried to negotiate. He questioned me when I asked for a discount and smirked at me for even asking for one. It took us more than 30 minutes to even get a response from our offer from the sales manager, Dave Dann, to just purchase their highest trim model of the CX90. This distressful negotiation process dragged on for nearly 2 hours, during which time they made us feel undervalued and left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Two days later, we went to Island Mazda in Staten Island and was welcomed with respect and dignity. We asked for a fair price off the MSRP and they played ball and gave us a spectacular offer. We didn't agree with Island Mazda's trade in value of our vehicle, but they met our vehicle trade value. Do NOT ever go to Bay Ridge Mazda, unless you want someone to treat you like trash. They have highly incompetent sales representatives like Vincent Tran and an even more incompetent sales manager, Dave Dann. Never in my lifetime had I encountered such utter blatant disrespect as I did from these two individuals at Bay Ridge Mazda and I've bought over 6 new cars. Furthermore, I have never ever dealt with a Sales Manager as dismissive as Dave Dunn, when I was willing to fork over $60K for their highest trim model. If you are already in the neighborhood, spend the toll for the Verrazano and go to Island Mazda and you will see that it is like night and day. I got a phenomenal deal at Island Mazda and saved several thousands more than what Bay Ridge Mazda condescendingly offered to me and I even got the highest trim model of the CX 90 that Bay Ridge Mazda could not even give me. We were only going there to look at the cars but they were so competent (with NO HARD SELL) that my husband and I bought our car there the next day and we could not be happier with the experience. I don't even know where to start. I leased a 2016 Mazda CX 5 from this dealership and it was a total disaster. They quoted me $420 a month for the Sport model with 10k miles per year. I walked out. They immediately called and offered it for $379 a month with 12k miles per year. We had our heart set on this car so we went for it, albeit still feeling taken advantage of. Rather than enjoying the new car purchase, it left a bad taste. Fast forward to the last few months. The lease is up in August and we are a target for trading it in sooner. This has also been a disaster in spite of understanding there's new management/employees. They offered us a Touring model for the same price. Well, first it was $399 a month. I declined, they eventually dropped it to $385 or so. Notice a pattern here? They'll take advantage of you, if you allow it to happen. Upon questioning the details of the 2019 touring model I was sent the sticker with the MSRP (which you should never pay) but they would not tell me what price the lease was based on. However, I went to True Car (.com) and another sales rep from this very same dealer emailed me a lower price for the exact same vehicle! It paid to have that window sticker. There's that bad taste again. I have had to chase them down to get any information that's in my interest. The manager will personally respond at the end of the month when they're trying to reach their quota to make an offer, otherwise it's like pulling teeth, with your fingers, in a shark's mouth Stressing that I wasn't blaming the new rep, I wanted a reason why we were paying $379 a month for a car currently advertised for $235 a month by this very same dealer. (Even if you rolled the down payment into the price, which we did, at $20 for every $1000 in the lease, it's not close to $379, ). After ten days without a response from my sales rep, I asked yet again for the info. I was told that in a staff meeting another salesperson mentioned that a customer by the name of Rob bought a Volkswagen. So my rep assumed it was me and wrote me off. Are you kidding me? When I finally got a response from the sales manger regarding the astronomical price I'm paying, he said many people at that time were paying in the $300's for the Sport model. I guess that means the dealer ripped off "many people." We were either going to lease the new CX-5 or buy ours, and now we will buy directly from Chase or use another dealer to lease or forget Mazda altogether. As a sales trainer who works with fortune 500 companies, I think this dealer sucks and would not recommend them whatsoever. read more

Summary - don't do it. You're asking to be lied to an inconvenienced if you do anything with this dealership. I brought my CX-9 to them to have some recall work done. My wife scheduled the appointment, and was deliberately put on hold to confirm that the parts were available to complete the recall. I went in at the scheduled time, and all seemed well. Except, just before I left, I was told that I was behind on scheduled maintenance. They asked if I had ever drained the transmission and differential fluid, which was scheduled for 60k miles and I'm over 70. I found this odd, since I have the service manual for the car and didn't recall seeing this on the maintenance schedule. And for good reason - a quick Google determined this is a typical scam dealer upsell, and it's not listed anywhere in Mazda's maintenance. Luckily, I declined it. I asked how long it would take, and was told 3-4 hours. It's 9 AM, I figure it'll be done by the end of the day. By noon, with no word from the dealership, I figured they're behind schedule but OK, I won't press. I borrowed a car from a friend, so I'm, OK. 2 PM rolls around, and I get a call from the service adviser, asking who had installed my tires. They claimed they weren't able to remove them, that they were overtorqued, and that they had broken their wheel lock key in the process (these were standard Mazda wheel locks that were factory installed). They were, of course, going to have to charge me for this. Combined with their earlier claim, it's obvious they think they have a rube on their hands. The tires were installed by Mavis Discount Tire, who I've used multiple times and have never had a problem. In fact, I had a flat two weeks earlier on one of the back tires, and I removed it by hand and installed a spare no problem. BS, and lots of it. I tell them I'll be there and I want to see the broken keys, and I'm not paying for anything. Five minutes go by - and I get a call back. Well, my service adviser went to bat for me! He called Mazda and they'll reimburse him for the broken keys. But, they weren't able to do the recall work. They ask if I want a loaner, and they'll spend the weekend working on it. This is at 3 PM, for a service they originally claimed would take 3-4 hours. What about the airbag recall I ask? That's the primary one, why my wife called - and was put on hold to confirm they had parts for. Well - they didn't do it. Why? They didn't have the parts. For some reason, they continued to insist they should keep the car to do the control arms, what they couldn't manage to do because they couldn't get the wheels off. By this point I've been lied to repeatedly and without a car all day, and I don't trust these guys one bit. When I get there, it's painfully obvious they've done nothing with the car. How do I know? Well, for starters - no broken key locks. But even more damning? My car was dirty - with brake dust all over the rims. There's not one fingerprint - not one shred of evidence they touched the wheels. Anyone who's ever worked on a car knows that dust, and how well it shows every last fingerprint when someone touches it. And just to put a topping on the sundae, when I get there - my receipt claims I refused the warranty work. I refuse to sign that crap, and make my first call to Mazda to tell them that dealership is why I won't buy another Mazda, despite the fact that I'm very happy with this car. Of course, just to be on the safe side, to be absolutely sure I was lied to - I get home, take out the jack, key and the lug wrench, and sure enough, the front wheel comes right off without me so much as breaking a sweat. So whatever you do - if you must buy a Mazda - don't go to these people. Even if you have no intentions of having it serviced there - you will be lied to, early and often. If you know nothing about cars or mechanical repairs, they will try to take advantage to you. These people are what's wrong with car dealers, and why they should be a thing of the past. read more

Worst dealer I've been to. The salespeople don't care about customers. I waited over an hour just to "see" a CX-30 from the outside. I was told that they had to spray down the inside due to COVID. I waited over 20 mins for the "cleaning". Surprise! They never did it!! I walked back in the dealership giving them one more chance and saw that all the salespeople were just talking to each other. Keep in mind I was the only customer in there at the time! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A MAZDA!! They just lost a sale!! read more

My wife and I wished to highlight the experience our family had at the Bayridge Mazda dealership, all due to a specific salesman Mr. Delgado, as well as an incredibly run organization and staff. Our car buying experience did not start well. We initially started with a visit to a dealer who we both purchased our cars from in the past. My wife and I believe in customer loyalty where possible. The interaction was cold and impersonal. Shortly after leaving that dealer, my wife and I reached out to Bayridge who had contacted us via an inquiry to Truecar. Their truecar contact, Amanda I believe, was phenomenal. She knew who I was as soon as I called. She offered a same day appointment and was extremely courteous and friendly. Upon arriving at Mazda, Elvis greeted us at the door. Our early negative experience was immediately changed. Elvis was friendly, courteous, professional and welcoming. He must have immediately profiled us, as he hit everyone of our needs and it did not feel at all as if we were profiled. We felt like our time was effiecient and well spent. Elvis had everything ready including a test drive car. At the end our our time with Elvis it would have been impossible to say no after he presented an offer we felt was more than fair and reasonable. Elvis, developed a relationship and trust in those handful of hours on that rainy Sunday morning which spawned a second sale. Although I did not expect to purchase a car near term, I knew I would need one in about 1 to 2 years. After our experience with Elvis, my wife and I decided if we were going to extend our business to anyone we wanted it to be Bayridge Mazda and Elvis. The only challenge was I was interested in a Volkswagen. Which after speaking with Elvis was not a challenge at all. Elvis became the interface between the Bayridge Volkswagen dealer and myself. He was responsive and once again provided a deal we could not refuse. Yes, we purchased 2 cars from Elvis within a weeks time. And shortly after our purchases Elvis connected with us to ensure we were happy and satisfied. The service provided by the Bayridge Mazda organization and one individual in particular, Elvis, has generated two happy, loyal customers. read more

Excellent experience. The whole deal went smooth. Commendable service by Jonathan Then and Dan. We were in the market to lease a 7 seater as our current lease was getting over in 2 months. Mazda CX9 was definitely on our list. On a Saturday we were passing by Brooklyn and decided to stop at this dealership and test drive the Mazda. Jonathan was the one who took us for the test drive and was honest about the vehicle its haves and haves not. He was well aware that we were downgrading from a Volvo XC 90. Actually, he himself drove a Volvo so had a very good idea of both the cars. When it came to negotiating numbers I had contacted a few dealerships and had a number in mind. I showed them the quote and they were willing to beat it. Also, the color combination that we wanted was very limited and Jonathan had 2 in stock. We left that day with a finalized number and had to get rid of our Volvo xc90 which took two weeks. In the interim Jonathan had asked us to put in a deposit for the car which we did. After getting rid of the Volvo I informed Jonathan to transfer the plates and send in the insurance which he promptly did. Overall the experience was very professional and quick. There was no going back and forth with the numbers. The only issue I had with the dealership is they said the car has a remote start using the app, which is essential to us especially in this weather. After the purchase, I was informed that the service comes at a hefty price of 500 USD, which no one told us about. Whereas all the other competitors of this segment are giving that service for free. I wish if they could do something about it. read more

This was by far the most pleasant buying experience ever! Beat every other Mazda dealers prices too! I called and asked about specials and asked for a quote before I went in, the sales person was Jonathan Deng, I whole heartily can recommend him, he made car buying convenient and super easy. He took the time to point out the features of the car and really made my car choice simple. Once we were sure of the car we wanted he was super efficient and did not waste my time, took care of everything for me left me with time to spare! My last few experiences were with buying luxury brands (Audi) triple the cost of the new Mazda cx3 we picked up, were super annoying compared to this experience. The car was ready next day with plates fully gassed and spotless in front of the dealership, the color I wanted was not available on their lot but they got it next day for me, and worked around my schedule. Jeffrey Villacampa the finance manager, I was not looking forward to the finance manager part, but wow Jeffery was awesome, he went over the contract with me and made sure I understood everything, super nice guy! Shopping here for a new car was definitely a rollercoaster. My family and I stopped in last month to check out the Mazda CX 5, we were being helped by Rose who was excellent. Rose showed and explained to us the features that the CX 5 GT had to offer and even allowed me to test drive it. My family was not completely convinced at first to getting the CX 5 since this was the first place that we decided to check out, so we got all the information and decided to think about it. After convincing my parents that the CX 5 would be a great addition to the family, we decided to stop back in a few weeks later to purchase the car. Rose, was not in at the time that we came back and we couldn't wait an hour to two when Rose was going to be in so my mom asked for the first person available. This is when JD started helping us. JD, as we were told was still quite new to working at Mazda. When we discussed pricing and all the other things involved in purchasing a car, his manager Daniel came and assisted in the sale since things needed to be approved by the manager. Okay, great. We settled on a price, but the car that we wanted was not in stock and that we'd have to wait. We were told the car is in stock in Baltimore and it would be 7-10 days which wasn't that long, so we put a deposit down for the car because we did not mind waiting 7-10 days. Fast forward, 7-10 days had passed and there was no word on the car. I followed up with Mazda (I called the general manager, Daniel) and was told that the car would not be ready and it was still in transit so I asked when it would be available, in which he replied next week. I call back next week because I never got any update, to which I was told again it would be next week and that the car was still not ready. At this point, my family and I are getting pretty frustrated. We waited another week, I called AGAIN. Where is the car? "We should have it by next week." Now, I'm wondering why is it being delayed yet again. To which I was informed that the day that we placed the order for the car, it was being "built" said the manager. Um, what? So I asked why were we told that the car that was wanted to purchase was in stock, only for it to not be? We would not have placed a deposit for a car that would take so long to be delivered. Today, marking the four weeks, we went back to the Mazda dealership. After weeks of me calling in, my dad stopping by, we did not want to wait any longer for a car that we may never get. Getting the deposit back was a challenge. We spoke to JD and he said we would be able to get our deposit back, no problem. When I called earlier this week to speak to the manager, I was told that he(Daniel) was on vacation and today he left early and that we would have to come back tomorrow so that he can refund our deposit. Another gentleman (also a manager)stepped in to assist JD, I didn't catch his name, but offered us an alternative. He spoke to the (other?) managers and was able to offer us a CX 5 GT Reserve (in stock today) with a matched price of the GT or we can do the deposit refund. I received a text from JD that the GT Reserve would not be ready until tomorrow. So we did not accept the deal so we wanted our deposit refunded. We arrive back at the dealership to be told that refunds cannot be processed today, only on Fridays but we eventually got our deposit back. There needs to be better communication here. JD was a good salesperson overall but I feel like the managers here just wants someone to blame since he is new for everything that went down during this transaction. Cut him some slack, we all know that it was the lack of communications and constant delays that led to this transaction failing. I spoke to three managers here and each time, it was another excuse. JD literally just repeats what the managers tell him so I don't think my family will blame him either for anything that happened and JD don't blame yourself over this it's not your fault. It's upsetting that we were unable to leave here with a car and now my family will not be coming back to do business here. read more

I don't even have the energy to go into all the details but I will simply say that the guy Arthur who runs the service department is rude and has a crappy attitude and really shouldn't be in customer service. He acts like Bayridge Mazda is the only option folks have and that they are doing you a favor. Trust me, they are not. Mazda owners, do yourself a real favor and take your car elsewhere. I'd recommend the good folks over at Koeppel Mazda whose service department is top notch and have never disappointment. My bad for taking it to Bayridge. Never again. read more

I brought my vehicle a 2018 CX-5 with 3,000 to Mazda service in Bay ridge about a month ago, and spoke to Arthur. I reported to Arthur that my vehicle was was running rough, with poor pick up, and the transmission was rough at low speeds. His response was, "a lot of people complain about this, your vehicle is running fine." The very next day the dash board lights registered a brake malfunction and the engine light came on and stayed on for several days. Now this happened again. I am very concerned that my vehicle was not properly maintenance when I brought it in the Bay ridge Mazda. It seemed like Arthur wanted me out of his face rather than taking my concerns seriously. He was absolutely unprofessional and acted like a bully when we spoke on the phone, so I called Mazda USA. They hooked my up with Valley Steam Mazda. Now I have to be inconvenienced by traveling 30 miles from my home in Brooklyn to Valley Stream Long Island. I bought a Mazda because I thought I was buying a brand with professional service, that was in a convenient location to my home. I guess I was wrong. Although Oliver from Mazda USA responded to my complaint, (Oliver was very professional by the way) he sent me far away from my home, instead of insisting that my vehicle be serviced in a location of my choice since it's the second time I reported issues with the vehicle. Also, when I picked up my vehicle from Mazda about a month ago, Arthur called for my car from the porter and said, "get this guys Porsche." It's obvious Arthur was trying to be funny but this guy must really hate his job, and wants customers to believe that Porches are better than Mazda's? Mazda should be a bit more careful to hire people that promote their product rather promoting other car company. Bay ridge Mazda also put the wrong registration sticker on my window when I bought the car. I had someone else's sticker on my window, and I'm sure that person had my sticker. Spoke to some dude Danny at Mazda, he sent me to a local registration place to get another one. It cost me 35$ which he promised he would reimburse me for, a year later my still waiting for my money. Awful place. When it was time to return my lease, I called 3 times. The receptionist couldn't schedule the return for some reason and the manager would never return my call. I had to schedule the return in person and take a day off work to actually return the car. read more

Scheduled appointment over the phone for a test drive. Arrived to be told by Emily there is no appointment in system and she can't do test drive because she is the only one at the dealership. Called the person whom I spoke with about appointment, was assured that appointment was scheduled and is in the system. Few minutes later same Emily comes back and says she actually meant that her colleague was out but she is back now so we can do test drive. Did test drive, mentioned several times that I am only looking because i still have two payments on my current lease. Came back to the dealership, Emily gives a ballpark monthly price that is twice as high as my current lease and says, well, are we signing the lease? Said no, remember I told you a dozen times that I was only doing the test drive, and besides, the price you are offering is incomparable to my current deal? She humphs, rolls eyes and says, what if we pay one of your current monthly payments, can you sign the lease today? Again said no, remember I started by telling you that I AM ONLY HERE FOR THE TEST DRIVE? And your price is very high anyway, much higher than my current lease (on a nicer car) and in fact even higher than the internet price. Emily looks at me and asks: "Do you understand that your visit today was a complete waste of a salesperson's time?" Well, I am so so sorry that I actually wanted to look at the car before forking over a couple dozen thousands of dollars. Went to another dealership a month later, and truth be told, also got less than stellar service - but got a car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with; no eye rolling or lecturing! Oh yes, then I received an, I guess, automated e-mail signed by same Emily, asking how the visit went. Guess what my response was. read more

I prefer to drive further out for a better customer experience over a convenient location that's going to give me a crappy customer experience! It was my first time getting car maintenance at this location and will definitely be my last. My invoice was wrong, they charged my credit twice, and inconvenienced me in every way possible so that I would give up. I've never experienced such bad customer service at any of the dealership service departments like I have at this location. Good luck with trying to get a hold of a human via the bogus phone numbers they put on their website. None of their prompts work! I had to go thru other channels just to get thru the service rep (Artie) who was the creator of this entire horrible experience at every touch point. My next stop - a complaint to Mazda USA! The middle console clip on my Mazda broke, so I went to have them repair it. They told me I would need to buy an entirely new middle console for $900. Well good thing I did my own research! I found the piece on Amazon for $6 and then followed a video on YouTube and fixed it myself for SIX dollars- BIG difference from $900! They're a total scam. Shame on them! read more

Bought a new car less than a year ago - a couple of days ago I started having a dashboard error that I needed an answer on and the service department doesn't answer/call back. Decided to call the showroom to see if someone might have an idea what the issue is since they should be remotely familiar with the cars and the dashboard messages (wrong). Spoke to most obnoxious woman who spoke to me like I was the biggest moron on the planet. In addition to being COMPLETELY USELESS she had a HORRIBLE attitude and then she HUNG UP ON THE PHONE. If I can give this dealership 0 stars I would. This place has by far the worst customer service imaginable. It took them 4 weeks to get me an answer as to the status of my plates. Then I had a question in regards to the car and I was brushed off, asked to speak to a manager and the manager didn't even bother listening to my problem. If you can avoid this place please do.
