i just called this company up to buy some parts for my fuel pump ,gave the serial number of my engine as requested. Then was told in a rude manner that i should listen when he talks to me, I guess because i didnt hear that he thought i had given him the incorrect serial #. Upon calling back after reviewing the serial # and seeing I was correct, i told him it was indeed the correct serial#. Without attitude , He then said it wasnt,i said they are the only # on the badge. He informs me i am not in England now ! I have been here 42 years. What that has or had to do with anything only he Knows. He told me the serial # was incorrect, I took it directly off the engine badge. I called back again and said I'd like to talk to the manager he informed me he was the owner. All i can say is never have i had the opportunity to deal with such a rude stupid person at a store before. Obviously this guy is doing so well he doesnt need business. The good thing is I found it at Boats us.they obviously know how to look parts up.I recommend avoiding dealing with Bay Marine for me it was an experience I could do without. read more
