The man that delivered wasn't too nice at all sort of rude and I went outside while he was delivering the car and he just left it the road. I get it it was dead and maybe that's policy I don't know but I'm handicapped I couldn't do anything I had to find someone to help me. He could have at least asked me if I had help but he just dropped it and left. I was having a hard enough day with my car being undrivable.

Not only did they get there FAST (about 20 minutes at the most-more like 15) they quoted pretty accurately-within 20 dollars. The guy was great and very careful not to damage my car anymore than it was. I would recommend these guys to anyone and if I need a tow truck again (I hope I don't!) I'll for sure use them.

After leaving the gym, I went to turn on my car and the battery had died. Thankfully, I have AAA…read moreand gave them a call. They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.

Ever since I moved here 7 years ago & constantly got nails in my tires (thank you construction) they were so quick & very fair with pricing. my favorite line from them when I needed air & asked what I owed them was "airs always free " lol. well it's not at the gas stations like it was where I am from. & he's right. it should be. lol. I was a single girl that needed reliable transportation. I could always count on them. we got new tires from them not that long ago & somehow got a hole in one (thank you construction). they not only didn't charge for the services of trying to get a stubborn lug nut out that I ended up having another shop have to do. but they cut us a great deal on a new tire. I can't say enough good things about them. maybe if they get too busy they'll just create more employment for handy people needing work. i never have to worry knowing these guys are around!

Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. I was back on the road in no time.
