I trained with Steve at East Bay Firearms Training, and it was definitely worth it. Steve quickly identified an issue I was having with sight acquisition. I was spending too much time trying to find the red dot before getting my first accurate shots on target. He worked with me on a different approach: concentrate on getting those initial shots accurately on target without rushing, then acquire the red dot quickly for the follow-up shots. The improvement was immediate and made a major difference in my accuracy while also allowing me to become much faster with the red dot. What I really appreciated was that Steve didn't just give me a bunch of things to practice--he identified the specific problem I was having and showed me a practical way to correct it. If you're an experienced shooter or just looking to become more proficient with a red dot pistol, I would definitely recommend Steve and East Bay Firearms Training.
