This is a long overdue review. I ordered a balloon arch from Rattana back in November 2020 as part of my decorations for my engagement surprise for my then girlfriend. Rattana was cordial, prompt to respond, and was compassionate in helping me achieve the look that I wanted. The set-up was also quick because Rattana already had the arch made, she just had to attach paint friendly hooks to achieve the shape. Needless to say, her design was amazing and really completed the ambiance that I wanted for my engagement. She added fresh flowers that gave off a relaxing aroma and added a natural look to the arch design. Whenever my fiancé thinks about our engagement, she always reminisces about the arch that Rattana made. After my engagement, the arch ended up lasting for three weeks before the balloons were noticeably deflated and no longer appealing. Thank you for being a part of my engagement, Rattana! I could not recommend you more!

I ordered balloons from Bay Area Balloon for my nieces 16th Birthday party. The house party was growing in the number of people who were coming between family, friends and her teenage entourage. So we turned the garage into a group photo booth and a game room. Problem... garage needed some serious Birthday decorations. So my wife thought some balloons would really liven up the garage and make it become party central. I had seen some of Bay Area Balloon's work for a business sales meeting I attended to promote a sales contest our company was having. They did a amazing job and the balloons really made our sales meeting and contest have some excitement and spark. So.... I called Bay Area Balloon and told them what we needed. WOW! The balloons were a huge hit... Lots of compliments by the party guests and the garage became the most popular place to hang out at the Birthday party. The teenagers took over the garage and the best part was my niece was thrilled about the balloons... she loved them!!! These balloons are not your average balloons. I can definitely decorate for a party, but these balloon bouquets are definitely professional grade. You need some skills to make balloons look this good. We had a color sceme for the party, including lighting and Bay Area Balloon did a perfect job matching our theme. I will use Bay Area Balloon to liven up all our parties! read more

Wow!! I have never seen balloons as wonderful as these! Rettana created a couple beautiful balloon bouquets for my Mom's 83 birthday party. I sent her photos of the decor, colors and dishes that we had planned and she knocked it out of the park. Everyone wanted to know where we got the balloons. Rattana did a fabulous job with our daughter's birthday 1st Birthday decor. She came up with creative and fresh ideas which aligned to the party theme. All the guests enjoyed a breathtaking thematic entrance, a beautiful colorful canopy and flower center pieces for all the tables. It felt like we were in a balloon wonderland! Ratana also setup extra balloon decor for the entrace (free of charge!). She is incredibly professional, creative, reliable and has a great team. Her team managed everything so my husband and I could focus on enjoying the party. Her team did all the setup and the post-event takedown. Our original balloon decorator gave us a shock in the last minute saying that he can't do the decor for my sons bday and then I called Rattana at Bay Area balloons just couple of days before the party. She immediately understood what we want, quoted the best price and on the actual birthday she surprised with so many extra balloons, foil balloons and did an amazing job overall. Rattana is one of a kind owner who really loves her job and clearly knows what she is doing. Super highly recommended for any balloon party. Our lead designer has specialized in Balloon event coordination for over 6 years. She realized quickly that she had a knack for creating exciting designs as was able to train a crew to replicate her creations. Originally starting in L.A., she has arranged Birthday Parties for Fergie, Seal and Heidi Klum, Kobe Bryant , Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, Brittney Spears, Kardashian family, Tori Spelling, and a long list of others. She also has arranged balloon designs and drops for MTV, American Music Awards, ESPN Espys, Pixar, Disney, Many Movie Premiers, and Corp Events for over 25 Fortune 500 companies. Let me start off by saying "WOW"! I had a huge event last Tuesday and was counting on handling the decorations internally. At the last minute I realized that I was in way over my head as we were trying to make a great impression on our guests. Frantic, I called Bay Area Balloon on extreme short notice and tried to explain a general idea of what I wanted. Rattana came up with some ideas that were 10 times better than I was thinking, which was awesome, but she was able to get everything set up and looking fantastic before any of my guests arrived (if only they knew how much I was stressing about it!) Long story short, Bay Area Balloon and Rattana in particular, were extremely creative and able to help me out of my jam quickly. The cost was far less than I expected to pay (especially for a rush order!) Hate to use a cliche...but I am another satisfied customer!! read more

This place is amazing, the balloons for my baby shower were so beautiful. When I called and spoke to Rattana to tell her of my event she came out to my house and made recommendations inside and out, she delivered everything on the day of the shower and everything was so beautiful. I ordered a Balloon Stork for my front porch and it was the hit of the party. Awesome customer service, with great attention to detail. The week after the baby shower my mom turned 90 so Rattana delivered some beautiful balloons to the restaurant. Just last week I ordered more for a staff party, she prepared and delivered everything and I only gave her a few days notice. I can't wait until my next celebration so I can call them again. Spectacular arrangement!! Rattana and her husband did a great job in bringing my dreams cum true on my daughter's 1st birthday party. I was left with tears of happiness by the balloon decor dat she made for us. Each n every guest could not stop talking about balloon decor dat dey had created for us. It was a huge success!! I have to say - I had no idea that balloons could be used for parties beyond a balloon drop...Recently, I was at an event in Walnut Creek and was amazed with the creative balloon displays and how much they added to the overall feeling of the night - turns out they were from here. I saw one of Rattana's balloon flower arrangements in a nail shop and called her immediately. Her arrangements are not only beautiful, they are unique and special - they add so much to the event. She brought me a wonderful arrangement - it is beyond a bouquet as it stood in a basket - LOVED IT! When I checked out her website and pictures, I was amazed at how much she does with balloon art - she can do the decorating for the entire event if needed. So special! read more
