Poptastic parties was responsive and helpful from the start, such as by offering me examples when I was struggling with finding ideas and making thoughtful and smart recommendations about display size. After finalizing the vision, on the day of the event, they were on time, fast to set up and tear down, and extremely professional. They made my design vision come to light with the exact colors, tones, and styles I wanted, and their work was so beautiful. I kept a segment of the balloons that I brought home just to take pictures with their beautiful work. The balloon and backdrop planning and execution was the easiest part of planning a large event for 100+ people. I had been wanting to use Poptastic Parties for some time and finally got the opportunity to bring them in for a corporate event I was planning. Karlie was so easy to work with -- fast to respond to my inquiry, helpful in answering my questions and delivered above and beyond our expectations. The balloons we ordered were delivered on time and the break down was also taken care of so we didn't have to worry about disposing of all the balloons. She even sent some spray to make sure the balloons remained glossy and shiny since this was an outdoor event where they could get oxidized and turn to matte.
