I had been wanting to use Poptastic Parties for some time and finally got the opportunity to bring them in for a corporate event I was planning. Karlie was so easy to work with -- fast to respond to my inquiry, helpful in answering my questions and delivered above and beyond our expectations. The balloons we ordered were delivered on time and the break down was also taken care of so we didn't have to worry about disposing of all the balloons. She even sent some spray to make sure the balloons remained glossy and shiny since this was an outdoor event where they could get oxidized and turn to matte.
