It's her 70th birthday, and Neda didn't hesitate to go to the store to pick up the numbered balloons she didn't have in stock. She sensed my procrastination/urgency and offered to pick up cake candles from the store for me (and yes, this was her second trip to the store). She then added fresh flowers to the balloon arrangement- a complete surprise and beyond my best expectations.
