It's 2021 and no one in their right mind sends info like that...at least they shouldn't. But, the owner did send me a Paypal invoice, which eased my concern. I booked a week and a half before this latest record-breaking winter snow storm hit OKC. Nonetheless, mother nature decided to finally act-right and warm up for my wife's dinner. I was unable to book a traditional limo due to Covid-19 restrictions, but they could operate their Chevy Suburban fleet, which was just fine by me. Trans'port confirmed the good weather forecast and on the day of, I got a text from the driver, Zahid who confirmed he'd pick the ladies up and cart them off to the special birthday dinner I planned at Black Walnut restaurant! Trans'port got them there on time and was back to pick them up a couple hours later. Mr. Raja drove them back from the restaurant, but the ladies said both guys were very nice and professional. Will definitely use again and I just referred the company to my brother who has friends coming into town for his upcoming birthday.

When we arrived at the terminal he didn't even put the car in park and it crept forward as I was trying to get my luggage out of the trunk. As I walked around the side of the car he was screaming at someone on the phone using profanities. I knocked on the window to pay the fare and he flipped me off and drove away with the trunk open. My band was playing an event at Lake Texoma, and I hired Shawn (and paid him in full) to pick the band up at DFW on a Friday morning and then take them back there on Sunday morning. Neither of those things ended up happening. He called me Friday morning two hours before their scheduled pick up time to tell me his car broke down. I was upset, but moved forward knowing these things happen. I got the band an Uber that cost $200, and Shawn refunded the amount for the trip. HERE's where it really gets interestin...I called Shawn later that day and told him explicitly that if he anticipated ANY issues with the return trip to let me know NOW. The return trip was scheduled for a 4am pickup, and there are not any last minute options out at Lake Texoma should something go wrong. He swore that he would personally be there "even if he had to use his personal vehicle" and that I had nothing to worry about. I awoke on Sunday to find a text from Shawn from 2:30am sat he "had a Hell of a weekend" and was sick and wasn't going to make it. At this point it was 3:30am and the only choice I had was to borrow a friend's rental car and make the 4 hour round trip drive myself to take the band to the airport. I sent Shawn a text voicing my extreme frustrations in his business practices. According to the business Facebook page, he had just done a drop off at a strip club at 11pm, and he was obviously still up, as he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text. I told him I believed he was a liar and a low life. and he then sent me a ridiculous 3 paragraph text saying that he had a driver named "John" that was 5 minutes away that he was sending home because I was rude. I did not even reply, as at this point I was driving my band to the airport. I felt my phone going off multiple times on my drive and finally looked to see several paragraphs of texts from Shawn calling me horrible names, cussing me out, and a bunch of other aggressive and offensive ranting. He also tried to call me, but I did not answer. I really wish I would have looked through this guy's reviews before I hired him. I wanted to use someone local and support a small business, but this was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Reading through his past reviews, I see that this is normal behavior for him and he is known for being very verbally aggressive whenever he is called out. I fully expect him to find this review and attack me and this whole review platform as a respons, but every word I have said here is true. DO NOT trust this guy with your business or your money.

The Heartland Flyer was a cozy, 4-hour trip from Dallas to Oklahoma City that was problem free. The train does honk the horn a lot, so i'd recommend bringing headphones. I was able to get some sleep in though. I was worried if my powerchair would fit in the aisles and if I would have to transfer out of my chair, or if I would be required to be strapped down. I also worried about if the bathroom would be large enough to fit me. I can confirm that I was able to get through the aisles of the coach section fine, although there's not a ton of room to spare, and that my powerchair fit in the bathroom too; a tight fit, but it worked out okay. I was able to stay in my chair and was not forced to be strapped down. While I could fit in the coach car, the door to connect to the rest of the train and the cafe car was too narrow for my chair. There was a large space in front of the first row of seating for me to park my chair, with a convenient pull out table that made the ride feel nice. Staff were friendly and boarding was a breeze. Overall, i'm very pleased that the Amtrak is an accessible option for traveling the United States.
