Service was amazing. The 1hr price for within city limits is a bit much. If the 3hr minimum price is $315 then the 1hr price should reflect that as well. Overall car was PERFECT and clean! Super luxurious which is what I wanted for my wedding day. read more

Me and my wife recently booked a Christmas Light Tour in one of Paris's SUV Limos. Shawn was our driver and he was very personal and kept our family safe for a wonderful evening helping us create family memories! I recommend Paris Limosine for anyone looking for a safe, fun evening with excellent service. The Limo was top-notch as well! read more

I'll start by saying they were pleasant to book with. Our driver was 30 minutes late, leaving me, my husband, and all of our friends waiting after the ceremony was over. When questioned about timing by my wedding planner, they hung up on her. The drive was extremely rough, but the bus was nice and clean. The Bluetooth worked great. The driver was nice until we reached our final destination and he tried to tell me I only paid for one hour. As you can see in the photo, I paid for two. They charged my card. We got dropped off 45 minutes early, so one of our groomsmen asked for a ride back to the hotel since we still had time leftover on the bus. The driver said no, but asked "what kind of tip" would be involved if he did. read more

Paris Limousine - Limos Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Our first experience with Paris Limousine tonight, and we were honestly blown away. Our driver, Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we had the most incredible night possible. Will DEFINITELY be using this company again, and requesting Shawn as our driver reserving the limo was super easy, we were picked up on time, very clear communication throughout, and everything went exactly as we had hoped, can't wait to book again! read more

Paris Limo service drove us home from our wedding. Jennifer our driver was the best she decorated the car and made sure our drink of choice Prosecco was chilled and ready. She was very helpful and even stopped the car and helped us connect to the Bluetooth so we could listen to our wedding mix while looking at the Christmas Lights. What a memorable experience. We are thinking about doing it next year for our anniversary. Highly Recommended! read more

WOW! I quite literally have never met a company that is less customer centric. I called just to inquire about services for my wedding and the first lady that answered cut me off, said 'K', and put me on hold. The next man that answered was flustered and 'stressed' because there are just 'too many people booking buses'. You would think he would be happy about the business!! Also, just kindly tell me you are booked - don't make me feel bad about inquiring about a service you are paid to provide!! I asked for some insight to their fleet and what weddings typically book, as I clearly don't book weddings often. He does this daily - I just figured he would be willing to share what he has learned over the years. Instead he just rudely cut me off, very clearly communicated his annoyance with my 'lack of information', and sharply asked for details. In addition, the tone in which he communicated was just flat out rude. I am actually a little shocked that they can remain in business with this kind of 'service' and attitude from their customer-facing representatives. I am very disappointed. My sister's friend owns this company, so I had some high hopes that they would at the very least be respectful.... but that is NOT the case. Really, don't waste your time calling. They are just 'too busy' to care about new customers. read more

I used Paris Limousine to surprise my husband for his birthday this weekend. They were fantastic and our chauffeur, Garcia, was amazing! He was very nice and professional and confirmed everything before our appointment so I could relax knowing he would be there when promised. I couldn't have asked for a better chauffeur. read more

Not insured. One of this companies vehicles crashed into my sons car. The vehicle was not/is not insured (against the law) and the owner refuses to pay for the damages. We're working with our attorney but beware. If you're injured in an uninsured vehicle there will be problems. read more

Top shelf in the limousine business.... The Paris's have the largest fleet of limousines I've ever seen...,...

Used them for prom and they were incredible!!! It really topped off the night by using this family-owned Limousine company!!!

We utilized Paris Limos for a girls night! They were amazing! Great customer service, excellent driver- he was super fun too, and they really made the whole evening a fun easy outing for us ladies! Love supporting family owned businesses, especially ones who make you feel like family with the way they treat and take care of you! Could not recommend them more for all your travel needs! read more

This place was terrible! they were over an hour and a half late once they did arrive to pick up myself and my six-year-old niece (first limo ride) The limousine was dirty you could tell it had just recently dropped off their prior guest did not clean up anything, dirty glasses, empty bottles there was stuff splattered all over the glass. when I rented the limo I was told that there would be beverages iced inside and there was not The driver was awful he almost threw me on the floor and I was wearing a dress,he was speeding because otherwise we were going to be late to the ballet. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will never use their services again! read more

We booked them to handle our wedding limo for the bride and her party and the groom and his party and a couple departure limos. They did not pick up my bride to take to the wedding. Who does that. That is the most important part. When they called they had no clue what they were doing and my wife and her bridesmaids had to find rides to the venue. And they charged us still. They were also at the wrong place when they picked up me and the other groomsmen. Would never recommend using this company. They have no clue what they are doing and will still charge you without providing agreed upon services. I will never refer this company to anyone. And would actually tell people to stay away. We booked them 4 months in advance and they were more concerned with the OU game than picking up my wife and her bridal party read more

Booking on the phone I had my doubts. The phone agent didn't seem to instill confidence in me that the driver would be at the right place at the right time. Also, never received an email confirmation...regardless I made my way to the hotel lobby at 4am hoping by some miracle they'd show. This was the morning after a major NCAA event in town and departure would be crazy. Paris Limo didn't disappoint. The driver arrived in a newer model, clean SUV, and he was easily identifiable in his professional logo wear jacket. (funny as the other drivers doing pickups at the same hotel looked like slobs--you didn't know if they were cabbies, or drunk guests) The driver was pleasant, professional and insisted on giving assistance with all of our bags. We had a lot of them, and some heavy ones with television equipment. Paris Limo provided a Chevy Suburban or GMC equivalent. It was decked out in leather, heated seats, XM, the works. Best part--it didn't stink. A very neutral scent. In OKC we tried cabs, Über and Paris, and Paris was the best. For airport transfer they quoted $90 tip included (3/2014). Their driver was great. He wasn't chatty, and he wasn't a crazy cabbie. His driving was safe. Well worth the money. Only negative was noticing a check engine light on the dash board. First, I'd say repair it, second, a code reader is only $80 and can easily clear an engine code within two minutes. It'd be worth it to any livery company to have in their arsenal, so folks like me don't see it and Yelp! read more

Ordered a town car to drive my daughter to the airport, but the car no showed...leaving her stranded at 4:15 am (in the dark on campus). After several attempts to ring the office (which they claim is 24 hrs) and it going straight to voicemail...30 minutes went by from the pick up time, so we called an uber to came to the rescue (which was there in 5 mins). If you want to ensure your ride to the airport call someone else or use good ole Uber. Owner claims the ride was "somehow" cancelled (clearly wasn't me and we even called the day before to confirm the pickup was all set and ensure we included tip up front), but can't seem to determine who or how it was "canceled." Clearly never using their service again. read more

I contracted Paris Limousine to provide services for my husband's birthday party this past weekend. The entire process, from making the original booking, to pick up and drop off, and payment at the end of the service went 100% as planned. Our driver Jimmy (big shout out to Jimmy!) was courteous and responsive to all our requests - temperature, music, directions. Pricing was in line with other local providers. Overall Paris Limo earned every single star and i will definitely reach out to them the next time I am requiring transportation services. read more

I would definitely not recommend this company at all. The owners do not care about or have respect for its patrons. Miss Paris does not know how to conduct mannerable or even decent business. She called the authories on the patrons and left them all stranded at a venue. While talking to her in a calm manner, she raised her voice and continued to hang up on me multiple times when I was trying to defuse the situation and find a solution for 35 patrons including myself to get back to their original destination. Our night was ruined and this was not just a regular night but graduation night which is suppose to be celebrated with a great time with loved ones and friends but clearly this company did not care about that. Honestly if I could give this ZERO stars I would definitely do that!!! read more

worst company ever mean drivers & i gave them my credit info but they "lost" my reservation read more

Booking was easy. We had a bad experiene with a different company the year before (wrong bus, broke down several times, music constantly turned off and on) and voiced this to the booking agent. She assured me that everything would go as planned and that we would be suplied the bus we booked. The driver arrived in the correct bus 10 mintues prior to departure. He was very professional and gave us his card with cell number in case wee needed to check on the passengers as we were not going. He was patient and allowed us to take pictures etc before they departed. My daughter and guests were disappointed to find out that there was not a bathroom on the "party animal" as the pictures online depicted. I called and was told that two other buses have a bathroom but not the "party animal". I advised the agent that the pictures online show a bathroom with toilet on the party animal 35 passenger. She really wasn't appologetic about the discrepancy and just continued to tell me there wasn't a bathroom, this I already knew.... She then put me on hold and called the driver, the driver pulled over and talked to her and after the conversation told my daughter that I was calling in complaining. This made for an awkward situation. I felt it necessary to text the driver to let him know that it wasnt something that was in his control and we had no issues with him. None the less it wasn't professional. The website is still NOT updated and still shows a bathroom. Outside of this issue, everyone had a good time. The driver was very accomodating and this experience was by far way better than the last company we rented from. I believe that it is often hard to keep websites updated and I guess we should have asked more questions before booking to clarify. I learned a lesson and in the future will ask all necessary questions. I do not feel that the company was trying to be misleading and that it was just an oversight but I do hope they will correct it so that the next person doesnt have the same issue. I sincere apology would have gone a long way... Overall we are happy and would book with them again. read more

I was in Oklahoma City for business and had the good fortune to book at Paris Limousine with Bill. Bill was fantastic. He shared insights about the area, recommended a great place for us to have dinner on our one free night in town, and followed up to make sure that we had transportation back to the airport (even offering to adjust his schedule to make it happen on my timeline). I travel a lot and have to use car services, and Bill is the best. If you make a reservation in OKC, ask for him! read more

Great service, great ride. Will upgrade if there is one available. Jimmy and Mattie took great care of us. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with.this company aside from all others. Our driver eickey, was terrific. He knew the area, was polite, great conversationalist, respectful and exactly who we needed for our wedding. We can't thank them enough. read more

Paris Limousine left a bridal party STRANDED in Oklahoma City. We had to UBER the girls to Stillwater and they ended up being an hour late. On a positive note, the service was able to get to the guys to get them to Stillwater. When made the reservation 6 months prior, confirmed a month out, and re-confirmed 2 days prior to event. We had emails confirming the "confirmations" and they had on file the wedding planners name, email, and phone number from where she called to confirm pickup times and places. When I called after the wedding, wanting an explanation and a refund, the manager, Noah, accused us of canceling the service even though we had all the documentation to the contrary. We got into a heated conversation and he would never acknowledge the fact that his people messed up..no apologize, no nothing. Finally, he did reimburse us for the Uber ride after providing him the receipt. This ruined the bride's relaxing morning celebration and started her day off terrible. DO NOT use them if you are wanting a reliable and dependable service! read more

As a female traveling alone, and arriving at the airport late in the evening, I prefer to use a limo service over a random taxi driver. I requested a quote from Paris Limo using the form on their website and received their response in a timely manner. When I called to book, I found that they charge the customer's credit card in advance, a policy I've never encountered before. However, I understand that they need to avoid being stood up by customers at the last minute, so I went ahead and booked. I was told I'd receive an email the day prior to my pickup with my driver's info and instructions as to where to meet him. By the morning of my departure, I still hadn't received this info, so I called Jennifer back (the only reason I deducted one star). After talking to her, I immediately received a text from my driver; I just wish I hadn't had to ask for it, considering that I was already dealing with last minute preparations for my trip. Carlos tracked my flight, which was delayed, and met me at the curb in a meticulously clean SUV. He was extremely professional, but friendly and personable and knew exactly where I needed to go. He made the whole experience relaxing and trouble free and the charge was exactly what was quoted. If I ever return to Oklahoma City, I will definitely contact Paris Limosuine for my transportation. read more

NO available limos "in decent condition" in the Tulsa area. There was multiple proms the same night". I was able to find 1 available at a reasonable price in Tulsa area but it was old and in poor condition. We called Paris Limousine in OKC and they delivered as promised. They were reasonably priced even driving from OKC to Tulsa. On time pickup, limo was in excellent condition and the driver (Thank You Chris) even not knowing the Tulsa area was able to get the teenagers to their scheduled (Dinner, Prom and Hurts donuts) on time. The kids loved him. read more
