I had never used a travel agency before my honeymoon. Planning a honeymoon in a foreign location was overwhelming to me. I didn't know where I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, where to stay, etc. I had a budget and a desire to go somewhere new. That's when I connected with Christy Smith at Prime Time, who helped me so much. I told her my geographic range of what I was looking for, along with my budget and she returned with an excellently curated list of options. I ended up going with La Fortuna, Costa Rica. I never would have found out about this place on my own. I had never been to Central America, much less Costa Rica. We had the trip of a lifetime. It was a wonderful location. We got really good deals on our plane tickets and also the rate at the resort. We were able to do so much more with our budget because of the savings. Christy was helpful, encouraging, and made sure all the details were taken care of so I didn't have to worry about it. I was able to focus on the wedding and had confidence in the honeymoon plans. We had the trip of a lifetime. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. For most of my travel plans, I wouldn't normally use a travel agent, but for this trip it was so nice. Christy was able to give me "eyes on the ground" to give a sense for what to expect. She laid out multiple options for activities. She was flexible and very easy to work with. Christy and Victor are great at what they do. They both go out of their way to answer your questions and to design a trip that gets you what you want and fits your budget. My family has used Prime Time Travel for a vacations to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Isle of Man, a cruise to Bermuda, two trips to Disney World and a trip to Aspen, CO.
