Why can't LAX be like this?…read more Besides Long Beach and SNA, this is probably the easiest airport I've ever been to. Things are on time Tons of different restaurants But most of all, the workers. I've literally had TSA agents make fun of me, mock my disability and even hit on me at LAX. NOT here!!! Every single worker calls you honey, tells you to have a great flight, has a smile on their face and one tsa agent event let me take a pic of her nails because they were so gorgeous and I wanted to get something similar I literally love everyone here LAX in the past was very accommodating to their disabled passengers, but now they are down right rude and tell me I have to go stand in line to check my bag first (this would of never happened years ago) with my heart condition I can not stand in a line for a period of time, I will faint. They still do not offer assistance. Once you check your bag in, then they will help you. And at lax they always ask me what's wrong with me, and I'm too pretty to be disabled. I'm sure they have a lot of people lying just to get wheelchair service. But it's sickening. There was none of that here at the OKC airport. The customer service was a 10 all around. Everyone here was more than willing to help with everything And when you land, baggage is easy and quick I hope everyone else has a great experience here and hope everyone (no matter what airport) has a safe flight and gets to their destination Ps this airport is pretty clean and has a bunch of bathrooms on the way to your gate as well.

Very clean and cool interior space. Restrooms were clean and well kept. Various restaurants and shops are available for visitors to check out during their layover. We didn't get to check out any of them as we had a 3+ hours drive to our hotel. Signages were very helpful. Getting to the rental car shuttle area for pick-up was easy to find. Rental car facility is located at a different location. Shuttles run every 6 to 8 minutes and ride takes about 3 to 4 minutes. Love the beautiful and lush exterior landscape! Staff was very friendly and cordial. Thank you all for the great service. I don't know when we'll be back to OKC. This is one airport I wouldn't mind having a longer layover at. Happy Travels! Thanks SW for making my travel experiences smooth for so many years. I look forward to flying with SW for many more years to come. Upon arrival at OKC International Airport, we deplaned quite swiftly. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting the passengers on their way. I love their latest snack, Stellar Maui Monk. SO GOOD! I prefer them over the peanut snack that they used to have in the past. Drink options are still the same as before. My go-to drink is either cranberry juice or ginger ale. Thanks for the goodies while in flight! Definitely recommend Southwest for first-time and frequent travelers all year-round. Safe Travels! On my first use, I had scheduled for an 8 am pickup, but then that morning, I was able for an earlier pickup and they got someone to me right away. The second time I called, they told me it may take about 25 minutes to get to me. So they did let me know there would be a delay. Both times, the drivers were courteous. I would use them again in the future.

A-1 doesn't seem to be in business any longer. They were the only taxi service left in Norman, Ok and if they have gone out of business, then Norman has no local taxi service any more.

Wow, to our surprise, there was literally no line in front of us. Zilch! My eldest daughter and I walked right up to TSA checkpoint. No wait at all. We were asked for ID only... didn't need to show our boarding passes. TSA pass through was so very swift. We were in and out of the area in no more than 10 mins. Staff was super nice and friendly. It was the best security check-in and pass through ever. Thank you TSA for all that you do. Keep up the amazing service!
