Took my 86 yr old mothers 2010 Nissan Murano to them. Had to have it towed there to be diagnosed…read more unfortunately my middle aged sister, who has little mechanical knowledge, went to the shop to deal with them. after supposedly looking at the car and supposedly running diagnostics they said it could be a number of things. she chose to have them change out the engine. After having the car for weeks and charging more than $5500, they said they installed the used engine, which we later found out had more miles than the original and wasn't even the same year, so the pulleys,etc wouldn't line up. In a couple of days the car was dead again and had to be towed back to the shop. At that point they then said the power steering pump, alternator, catalytic converter were also all bad and wanted another $2200 to fix it correctly, but it would still run. We attempted to drive it home and got about a mile from the shop where it died again. We called the shop again and were told they were "done with us", and refused to do anything about it or refund any of the money. They changed their story about what had, or hadn't been done several times and were fine bilking $5500 from an 86 year old woman and leaving her without a car. Both Dan and DJ were not honest . Would NEVER take a vehicle there. Now have to get an attorney!!

I do not write reviews, but I felt that I needed to inform people about the kind of service they…read moremight receive working with this company. On September 16, 2024, I called and spoke with Adam. I provided him with details of the work I needed and agreed to pay the $95 call-out fee plus the $160 per hour labor fee. I clarified that my RV awning had come off at the roll, about two feet. Adam said they could fix it, but it might cost more depending on the labor hours needed. On September 17, 2024, Gary, the service technician, arrived to fix the awning. He was at my home for approximately one hour. Gary informed my wife that he would not be able to fix the awning and would need to replace the entire awning fabric due to the faulty work done by the manufacturer. Gary then charged her a total of $255, the full price, despite not fixing anything! On September 18, 2024, Adam called to quote me a price of $1300 on top of the $255 to fix the awning. I was shocked to be charged $255 just to be told what I already knew - that my awning was broken. No work had been completed, yet I was expected to pay an additional $1300! This was not the service I had anticipated. I politely informed Adam that I was unhappy with the service I received. I was expecting to pay the $95 call-out fee, not the $160 labor cost when no labor was done. Opening the awning to look at it and then closing it back up is not worth $160. On top of that, Adam wanted an extra $1300. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Adam became defensive and talked over me, treating me as if I were a child. After a few seconds, I managed to tell him that I no longer wanted to do business with him. In a hostile manner, Adam responded, "You know what, I don't want to do business with you." Frustrated, I hung up and called Camping World, where I was quoted $825 for the top-end fabric, including labor. You have been warned!
