Some metal had had broke and caused the mess. Rear door on driver's side won't open certain times when my son couldn't get out and had to slide over to passenger side to get out. Also, the engine lite came on. I called the man that sold me the car and he passed the info to automotive which they called back and left a message. Chad the shop guy said that they would put my car on the puter but, they wouldn't be able to do nothing for the moon roof or the door and couldn't guarantee if they would fix the e-lite sitch. It's sad that I hadn't even made my first payment on the car that they wouldn't look at the car and try to help the situation before telling me the couldn't help. I went to O'Reilly's and they put it on the puter for free and it was a catalytic converter sensor. I liver in Metamora and they are in Clinton. Hours drive away. I chose not to respond because I will take care of it myself. I will never buy anything from them again. They could have tried to work with me but it they chose to say no to everything. I probably won't have it back this month based on my call this morning. They tell me the same thing EVERY time I call. "I'm aiming to get it done later today. Maybe a day or two tops". I call THEM each time for status. They called me once, and the other 7 or 8 calls were me or my wife checking in. They don't offer a loaner. So, I rented a car from Hertz. I extended the Hertz rental twice, then the card authorization can no longer take changes to the dollar amount. Now I drive to Hertz to and extend it. Today, I get a call from Hertz that the car is overdue and will be repossessed. Apparently the local guy didn't enter the last extension into the system properly (that I had to drive to their office and waste an hour to make) . The point is, they have NO IDEA how much their lollygagging on the truck has cost me in terms of inconvenience, lost wages, lost opportunities, transportation costs. I'll never use them again. I don't think they have experienced people that can change a wiring harness. From my perspective, they're in over their head, and I'm paying the price. They'll deny that's the problem.

Their service was above and beyond!…read more My fiance and I were coming home from a motorcycle trip (on two bikes) Sunday afternoon when (at ~170 miles from home) my check engine and battery lights went on. We called a dealership (that was about to close) but they said we would be good to continue riding home and that it was probably a failing battery. With 130 miles left, my battery died. Fortunately there was a parts store close by with a battery to fit my Harley. We purchased the new battery, installed it, and almost immediately once we were on the road again, both lights went on. At this point we realized it wasn't the battery but more than likely the stator. We crossed our fingers and hoped the charged battery would get us home the rest of the way. With 45 miles left, the bike shut off and coasted to a stop. We were a couple miles outside Clinton on a Sunday evening @ 6:30 PM. I called Autozone to see if they would be able to charge the battery I had thinking if they could it would be able to get us the rest of the way home. They were only supposed to be open 1/2 hr. more. My fiance rode my battery back to Autozone where Dale and his team of two other guys put it on a charger and offered to stay an hour for it to charge. Less than 45 minutes later my fiance was back with a brand new battery! Dale had taken my two hour-old battery that was dead and swapped it out for a new, fully charged battery! We installed it and made it home safe and sound. I can't begin to say how appreciative we are to Dale and his guys for helping to get us off the side of the road at the end of the weekend. They owed us nothing and gave us more than we could have hoped for (even offering a phone number in case we didn't make it home and needed a tow)...and asked nothing in exchange. It is service (and just pure human kindness) like this that cannot be measured. Thank you so much! Jill & Ron
