My folks took their vehicle in for a flat tire. They removed the tire and destroyed it before letting them see it. They then quoted the $1200 because they claimed now all 4 tires(21k miles on them) now needed replaced. Total scammers. Do not use. We took vehicle to another shop that did the right thing and agreed that is shady. DO NOT USE! read more

Chad Branson provided excellent sales support in our selection of a used vehicle! We have had the pleasure of working with Chad over decades in selecting quality Chevrolet vehicles. Graue Chevrolet has provided excellent service for our vehicles over 3 decades. The most recently retired was a 2016 Chevy Equinox LT with over 230,000 miles. Graue greatly assisted with maintaining this vehicle and continues to service our 2019 Traverse. Sincerely, Jason Dietrich read more

I had the most amazing experience buying from Scott Renfro. Bought a used Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable about this vehicle and nothing but helpful and cheerful throughout the entire process. I had a very negative experience with a dealer closer to my home (Chicago suburbs) and after speaking with Scott, I happily jumped on an Amtrak train to Lincoln to come buy from him. 12/10, definitely recommend‼ read more

My husband and I had an incredible experience buying from Scott Renfro. I bought a used Ford Fusion and Scott gave us every information we needed to know. They had finished all the paperwork before we even got there, and the price was very affordable. In fact, they are amazing people, their customer services is 10/10 minus nothing . read more

This was hands down the best car purchase experience we have had. We were looking for a hard-to-find car and John and his team were professional, friendly, fast, efficient, and transparent throughout the process. We were treated like people, not like a number. There were no gimmicks and the process was smooth as silk. We will be recommending Graue to our friends and family. Thanks, John and team, for your approach to the car sales process. read more

My husband and I were on a trip to my niece's home for a visit when we lost steering, power and brakes. My husband was able to get us safety off the interstate and to a gas station. We called around for help and finally connected with Graue. They were so helpful. They sent a tow truck and once we got there, told us to make ourselves at home in the lounge. Did I mention we had our 70lb lab with us. The mechanic worked through his lunch hr to get us back on the road sooner. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. They went above and beyond to help us. We live 2 hrs away but when I'm in the market for a new vehicle I'm making the trip down there. read more

Tried scheduling a test drive and getting some information before making a 50 mile trip. I was told a sales manager was thinking about buying the vehicle for his son but that he'd get back to me. Extremely unprofessional and easy decision to take my business elsewhere. read more

My wife and I worked with Terry Allen at Graue Chevy at Lincoln for practically the last two months. We were after a specific '16 Chevy Impala with a certain list of options that we wanted (we keep our cars for a long time). After determining that we would not buy a '17 Impala (no cd player in the model they had on hand; even though Chevy had a nice temporary discount on the new models); we regrouped after they found a '16 Impala at a auction at St. Louis. I was quoted a price range we would be at; they purchased and brought back the car from the auction and had it detailed for us. There was "no" high pressure sales attempts to get us into additional coverages in the F&I office. But plenty of options were laid out for us to consider if we wanted "gap" insurance, disability, and many others. After almost going through the buying process at another dealership (same make, same model), we are very glad we held out and worked with Terry, the F&I Manager & Graue Chevy. Terry's been in the auto business a long time and was very straightforward in every aspect of the deal. GO to GRAUE! read more

Mitch (salesperson) was great from the first time we spoke on the phone about the 2012 GMC Acadia SLT2. He was accommodating with my limited time-frame during an extremely busy time. The owner even came to help make things run quickly and smoothly, personally taking care of some of the minutia involved in the sale. Besides that, they were very no nonsense to deal with when it came to negotiating price and I feel like I got more than a fair deal. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience at Graue and you can bet I will be a repeat customer. read more

I have been here twice to get an oil change and wouldn't go anywhere else! They are SO friendly and as a person who knows nothing about cars, they're more than happy to answer any questions. I definitely trust them and don't feel pressured to pay for things I'm not sure I need! read more

Friendly service providers! We were traveling down I55 on Saturday afternoon before Christmas when our van started vibrating. We called several dealerships and Graue was the only one that could fit us in. They, too, were busy and we had a little wait, but the folks there couldn't have been friendlier nor more attentive. It was service with a smile!! read more

I was traveling and my air conditioning was acting up (in very hot weather)! I looked for a dealership in the nearest town and I ended up at Graue Chevrolet with my GMC Acadia Denali. I explained my problem and that I was traveling and they immediately took my car in to see if they could find the problem. Turns out the freon was low, so they drained and refilled and I was on my way in an hour! The cold air was blasting out again! I can't say enough good things about how they saved the day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! read more
