Some metal had had broke and caused the mess. Rear door on driver's side won't open certain times when my son couldn't get out and had to slide over to passenger side to get out. Also, the engine lite came on. I called the man that sold me the car and he passed the info to automotive which they called back and left a message. Chad the shop guy said that they would put my car on the puter but, they wouldn't be able to do nothing for the moon roof or the door and couldn't guarantee if they would fix the e-lite sitch. It's sad that I hadn't even made my first payment on the car that they wouldn't look at the car and try to help the situation before telling me the couldn't help. I went to O'Reilly's and they put it on the puter for free and it was a catalytic converter sensor. I liver in Metamora and they are in Clinton. Hours drive away. I chose not to respond because I will take care of it myself. I will never buy anything from them again. They could have tried to work with me but it they chose to say no to everything. You live and you learn.

I then called again and spoke to the service manager again but the manager was out once again said he would get him a message and again when a week with no call back. in this time the check engine light came on and the van started running weird. when I finally got a hold of the manager a month later rescheduled an appointment to bring the van in. they pulled it in we waited about an hour and a half for them to come out and tell us it would cost us almost $5,000 to fix all of the issues because it was then after our warranty was up. our issue is we called before the warranty was up and they messed around and waited until it was up to call us back. lack of communication and we got screwed out of almost 20 grand. 10 out of 10 will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

They said they drove it, but I was in the shop the entire time. The tech may have taken it around the block, but never more than a 5 minute drive. Basically I was told to take it somewhere else because they didn't care. Very disappointed. Never again. Steve Wilson (the owner) told me that he was personally involved in getting this resolved. So, I assume that he told the service department, personally, to tell me to piss off.

I probably won't have it back this month based on my call this morning. They tell me the same thing EVERY time I call. "I'm aiming to get it done later today. Maybe a day or two tops". I call THEM each time for status. They called me once, and the other 7 or 8 calls were me or my wife checking in. They don't offer a loaner. So, I rented a car from Hertz. I extended the Hertz rental twice, then the card authorization can no longer take changes to the dollar amount. Now I drive to Hertz to and extend it. Today, I get a call from Hertz that the car is overdue and will be repossessed. Apparently the local guy didn't enter the last extension into the system properly (that I had to drive to their office and waste an hour to make) . The point is, they have NO IDEA how much their lollygagging on the truck has cost me in terms of inconvenience, lost wages, lost opportunities, transportation costs. I'll never use them again. I don't think they have experienced people that can change a wiring harness. From my perspective, they're in over their head, and I'm paying the price. They'll deny that's the problem.

Zach was my salesman, great young man, very understanding, even JP the sales manager was very understanding at the time. However, there are two things that I found that bother me with the vehicle after I had purchased it both of which I feel should've been taking care of prior to me, taking possession of the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I did not notice that there was a tire pressure monitor sensor that was out. Seen as I had spent close to 20 grand for this vehicle. I would've at least expected them to have replaced at least that one sensor if they would've been generous about it they could've easily replaced all four sensors in the tires. The other issues that I have with the vehicle that while they were getting it prepped for me to pick it up. Would've been to do a fresh oil change on the vehicle. Both of these are considered minor repairs and probably would've taken about an hour to do maybe two at Max. My overall experience with this company was good, on the days that I picked up the vehicle Zach was out of town on personal business and I dealt with Tony another salesman. Very nice gentleman, although I am still disappointed in the fact that they sold me a vehicle with a bad TPMS sensor and that they did not do a fresh oil change on the vehicle or reset the display if they had done a fresh oil change on the vehicle.

Update: Dealer performed some minor repairs for free. I feel that both issues would be easy to miss as neither occurred on my test drive. While I am not happy about the speedometer, I will say they took steps to make things as right as they could.
