They didn't just inspect the water heater and call it a day--they took the time to check the faucets and plumbing underneath my house to make sure there were no leaks and thoroughly went over everything with me. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was in good working order. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what they found and gave me a thorough diagnosis rather than rushing through the appointment. Shay and Juan are a great reflection of the company. I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Heating and Air to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and professional service!
