I don't want to even give a 1 star because of the service but i guess since the kids had fun…read morejumping, 1 star is appropriate. First off, we spent 300 on a party room that includes an employee attendant helping. We show up and it was chaos. We had little guidance and then when we finally found someone to help us, she too is to the deck which was not what we paid for she finally took us to our private room. After seeing the room was away from the jumping area we asked to move to the deck. They refused saying it's cheaper at the deck and they can't refund us money. I asked for a manager and that did nothing. All the staff were young teenagers that should not be in charge. We eventually went to the party room and never saw the employee again. The popcorn was burnt and no utensils. I finally went and asked for support and utensils and that did nothing. No one ever came. I asked for a manager again, what was again just a lead(teenager) who refunded 40 dollars. He said that's the price for the employee that is supposed to help. I explained i needed everything refunded but the amount of the kids jump. He said he can't. I kept asking for whoever was in charge and no one was ever able to help me. They gave me peaches, the general managers name and email. I emailed her and called and no response. My other concern is there was a flea market going on in the main area. One of the kids attending our party was lost and they had nothing in place for "code Adam". There was so many areas for something bad to happen with the kiddos and no one (adult) to oversee. It was concerning and disappointing. We will not return.

DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE. Woman who goes by "peaches" is the manager/ birthday coordinator. On the…read morephone the party was $300. Then when I emailed to confirm the price, the "total" was $330. So somehow it went up $30. I paid a $100 deposit so was expecting to pay $230 day of. Day of they told me the total was $430. And I owed $330. After 10 minutes of pleading peaches did only charge me the $230. It was not easy however. I paid extra for a party room, which was so far away. It was so far away that you had to go past the sign that says "do not enter". Wth.... The room was so small. It was a party for 15, and they only set places for 10. They were late bringing all the things, and peaches was rude after I insisted on the price we agreed on. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The facility is very nice and clean and worth going to if it's not an "organized" party.

So, let me say that I'm giving this 2 stars because I do feel sorry for many businesses coming out…read moreof Covid, being short-staffed, etc. In fact, there's a sign out front indicating that. So I took that into consideration when I walked in, being extra kind to the staff when I purchased a ($30!) round of miniature golf for my family of 3. First of all, we weren't quite sure they were open. No outside lights, no rides going. Very odd for a Friday evening in the summer. **Sidenote:I worked here as a teenager some 20 Years ago when it was SportsWorld. Lots of nostalgia for me, but even with that perk, quite disappointing. The golf course was unlit, and every single green was not only run down, but really torn, jagged, awful run down. Strange! Like, how much does it cost to repair a hole?! I wouldn't mind paying this steep of a price for nice mini golf, but this was a total joke, honestly. We played on, joking about the darkness and how poorly we played on the frayed, jagged greens. And then we really did have to pull out our phone lights to see the holes... One ball got stuck in the windmill (hole 8) and we tried everything to try to retrieve it. Finally sent my son to ask for another ball and they tried to tell him it was the last hole so it was supposed to not come out. Frustrating. Finally got another ball and carried on, in the dark. All Star Sports: listen. We need date night places. Places to take kids and families. Invest in your property or sell to someone who will make it nice again. So sad that so many Wichita businesses have tanked over the years. Your staff were kind and doing their best. Your property is the problem.

Decided to stay and as we walked through standing water on the floor and you could feel the water in the carpeting. Asked the attendant about the standing water she said it was from the rain but it wasn't near the doors. After further questioning found out the roof is leaking profusely. Won't be back again. What a shame back in the day it was an enjoyable place. Looks like management doesn't want to sink any money into it

My husband and I, both in our mid-20s, still had a blast here anyway, all while veering out of the way of the jubilant children. We went on a Sunday afternoon, which was moderately busy, but no so much that we couldn't enjoy the park. We purchased a two-hour jumping pass and were thoroughly exhausted and sore by the end of it. What a great workout! The park itself has segregated under 9 year old jump areas and over 9 year old jump areas. There are several shoe cubbies, as well as 2-hour pay lockers for the price of $4. There are $2 automatic massage chairs and picnic tables for adults to sit on with a couple TVs. Ice cream is available for purchase and candy, but don't expect to get a meal here. To jump on the trampolines, they require barefoot or special jumping socks you can purchase there. We opted to go barefoot. My only compliant with this establishment is the pricing. Their standard rate is $13 for one hour and $20 for two hours. However, they have several "specials" that they don't tell you about until you find out later. For example, they offer $8 two-hour jumps on Mondays, a giant pass book for $40 that includes 5 2-hour jumps and ropes course use, etc. I felt kind of jipped after we paid $40 for our measly 2 hour jump when we could have gotten a pass book for $40. Oh well. Try to do some research before coming here, because you probably can find some coupons or attend on a discount day. When you first arrive, they have you fill out a waiver on an iPad, which they store in their internal server. You can also fill out the waiver online to save some time. This is a great place to go if you want to wear out a middle-school boy, or to burn some calories yourself. Can be a bit hard on the knees though...

I can't do most the stuff there anymore because well I can't hold on to the climbing walls because I don't have fingers on one hand. Otherwise than that this place is really great and fun!!
