The trampoline fee is Outrageously expensive!!! The only thing that made it almost ok is you get a pair of socks. The gluten free pizza was ok and the salad bar was good read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Floor display - Pizza Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

My husband and I took our two year old son here for a family fun day. I quickly realized this place has definitely gone downhill. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and messy, Everything is so overpriced, and almost half of the games we played were broken and wasted our game play points. Also almost every employee stood there on their phones. I unfortunately don't recommend this place. read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Disgusting bathroom - Pizza Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Last time I went in 2018, the food wasn't very good. There were many roaches in the restaurant and it was very dirty. That's all I have to say. read more

Went on a Sunday. It appeared clean since it was mostly empty. My husband used the restroom and witnessed the cook that made our food finish his business in the restroom and walked out without washing his hands! Absolutely disgusting. We told the manager and supposedly he was going to talk to the employee. Will not be returning to this location. I wish we had gotten our money back for the food we had bought. read more

Should've just closed down instead of wasting money on a remodel and put something actually worth the space. Paid over 100+ for a birthday party, and this was without any additional expenses like cake, drinks, etc. The party tables are so close together, you're basically having a community birthday party with your backs up against strangers behind you. They have a trampoline section, that you have to pay an additional $6 for SOCKS to be able to jump? Back in the day, the photo games were the best and a staple for Chuck E. Cheese, and all the photo machines didn't work or were "out of paper" our entire visit. I thought it couldn't get worse until I realized half the games were broken. Not that it's the staffs fault, but they were extremely understaffed but even the staff that were there didn't seem to really care and would rather talk amongst themselves so, it was honestly very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

My kids and I love coming here!! All the staff are so nice and friendly, especially Jeremy! There is another manager (don't know his name) as well! My 2-year-old is absolutely obsessed and wants to go every single day! They are always willing to help and make our experience great every single time. They definitely deserve a raise. Always working hard everytime we come in and go above and beyond to make my kids feel special. The managers there are the reason my family and I keep coming back every other day! Thanks guys!! read more

Excellent service- best of any Chick E Cheese we've been to. Manager was extremely helpful with a rewards issue we had, and teenage employees were most attentive of any Chuck E Cheese we've been to. Great experience! Would recommend and we will return! read more

Very welcoming and clean! Great games, too many to choose from for our kiddos. Looks like we are going to be here all night. Food was great! Didn't know there was a Wednesday deal so that was great to know. Definitely visiting often. Thank you to all the staff for keeping it clean, machines working and your friendliness read more

Hardley a Chuck E. Cheese. My smoked turkey giblet pizza was far from satisfying (salad bar was OK..) and do I even mention the performance I got from that rat. He has the gumpf to call himself a musician? And the rides. Dont even get me started pal ...HEIGHT LIMIT?? COME ON.@ !! Tried to cashin on an inflatable beach ball to take to the beach with my children on a gorgous summer afternoon, mind you .. 1200 TICKETS!!! You can thank Charles. Entertainment Cheese for ruining an innocent child's summer. NO WONDER YOUR GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, RAT !!!! I would say see you in court but I can't stand the sight of you. Good day. Youll be hereing from my lawyer read more

Does every Chuck E. Cheese smell like pee? No, this is a serious question. I've been in 6 different CEC's in my life, all carry the subtle woft of Trump's Moscow Ritz-Carlton hotel room. I'm serious, is it EVERY ONE?!?! Oh, the intermeshing of games and food seemed like such a wonderful idea when I was a kid. Where did it all go wrong? Once, when the electricity went out in my house during a storm, I took a year-old frozen pizza in my freezer and cooked it on the barbecue. It tasted better than what I recently had at the Wichita Chuck E. Cheese. read more

Disgusting place --I witnessed two kids vomit. One in front of ticket machines. Lots of chunks. I reported it to three different staff. It has not been cleaned up by the time we left. Also, very long lines at gift counter. Staff member did not take care of customers in order. Very understaffed for the amount of customers. read more

The management is good and the food was delicious. The manager is very friendly and we had a great time and great conversation. Thank you for this nice experience. read more

I went to the Chuck E cheese on Saturday and had the most worst experience I could ever have at a place the GM LT or whatever his name is was the most rudest person I have ever met in my life he would not explain to us the price for the tokens told us if we did not like his attitude that we could leave he had my daughter in tears leaving that place I will never ever recommend this place to anybody and I will make sure my friends and family never come to this restaurant again and then when I called to complain about him I got to run around read more

For kids this place isn't that bad, it's a great place to let you kids burn some energy.

The Pizza is OK at best but they also have a salad bar, and again it is only OK. The service is also not very good with teenagers running about everything. It is for the kids tho and they do have some cool games. I even played some of the simulator ones. The kids can sure go thu some tokens quick trying to collect tickets. The two granddaughters spent about 50 dollors in tokens in 45 mins an had tickets to buy about $3 worth of junk but they did have a ball playing. read more

Came her for my kids sake. I have to re-finance my house to pay for the time spent here. But the pizza was good and I am full. The kids had a blast, which makes it all worth it! read more

This was the worse experience. Kids had fun. But service was lacking. Took over 1 hour for 2 pizzas. And they forgot the wings. Which took another 45 minutes. The bathroom stalls had blood on two toilet seats. The service was rude. And uncaring. We won't be back ever!!!!!! read more

Understaffed over worked employees, that got pretty cranky and rude. Lots of problems with gaming got to the point where everytime we played a game and it just stole our credits or didn't pay out tickets we didn't just excepted as a loss the kids got upset every time, but didn't want to speak to the staff anymore after they tossed a remade pizza on our table because they made it wrong twice and was disrespected by management. Waited 45 minutes in line just to cash in our tickets because there was only one person handling the area on a Saturday night. When we left police and management was in the parkinglot talking with police because a customer was pushed by chuckEcheese staff. Will not be back for a long time sad but true Dave &Busters here we come! read more

I would recommend this location because the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I want to commend Kaitlyn as our host for my daughter's birthday party because she answered all my questions since it was our first time having a party there. The salad bar was clean and had full food items the whole time we were there. I also like how if a game was not working they were on top of it fixing them very quickly. I also loved the pizza, it was so good and the best part is my daughter loved having her party there and we will go back again. read more

The worst Chuck E Cheese I've encountered. It was crowded, half the games didn't work or took my coins, the pictures were out of paper, the pizza was cold. Not to mention the rude parents. Seriously, worst experience ever. read more

The worst Chuck E. Cheese ever. Dirty, stinky salad bar was empty cause all the food was on the sides and floor. The employees could care less about what the place looked like or anything. Pizza was worse then awful. Wow. I will never spend another dime in a Chuck E. Cheese read more
