Wichita finally has a Top Golf! And it's just as good as the others! At the time of this review they are only about three weeks old and boy were they busy! We came on a Tuesday for their half price bay and stayed for two hours. The service was excellent and the key thing that makes Top Golf so fun is you do not have to be good at golf. Lol. Golf is a serious sport, I get it lol but if you want to enjoy the sport even when you are not a good player ... Come here ! It's a great date place, family place , and even coming alone place. There are a variety of game options you can play where you are hitting the ball to different areas of the field to score points. There is background music and what I appreciate the most is the food is delicious. I have yet to have any food I did not like! Check them out! A fun thing to do especially around here. read more

Wichita TopGolf will be extremely successful. Excellent family fun. For those that are competitive, it's well worth a visit!! The food and drinks are reasonably priced. We reserved two bays on a cold Saturday night. The heaters located above our bays were very useful. Our waiter was very attentive to all of our needs. The staff also assisted us with setting up our games. The Meeks Family had a great time. This will not be our last visit!!! read more

I'm really glad to have a Topgolf in Wichita! This was my first experience and it was fun. We will definitely be back! Pros: Fun atmosphere, good location, drinks + food were good Cons: - Price. We spent ~$120 after the 2-hr space rental, 4 bar drinks, an appetizer, and shared chicken sandwich - There doesn't seem to be any sanitation happening in your sitting space / with the golf clubs. Went to the Wichita Top Golf on a Friday afternoon with a party of three. The facility was very nice, however, the service was awful. Despite asking to place an order three times , the waitstaff in charge of our bay was rude and dismissive. Our machine was also down for 15 minutes and when we approached the staff member about it he was rude. We even tried to ask another staff member to help however he waved her off and dismissed us. Although we were unable to get his name he was the only male waitstaff on 2/17 for the 2nd floor. We tried to place a single drink order during the 45 minutes we were there, however, each time he shooed us away without even looking at us. The manager was nice enough to give us coupons and comp us for our broken machine , but the service from the staff from the front desk to those taking orders was subpar. read more

Went for my first time with two friends last night. Had a pretty bad experience. Checked in was not greeted or even looked at by the staff had to get someone's attention and staffed seemed almost forced to help us and waited an hour and a half for our bay. Upon arriving at our bay the table was super dirty and still had cups from the last people there. Server only apologized for the mess but didn't clean it until we asked her if she could all while seeming like she didn't wanna be serving us. We had to ask for our silverware napkins etc. Although this may not be the reason I almost felt like we were being discriminated against as we were really the one of the only minority groups there. We were booked for 12:15 and got to the table and bays at 12:35 and didn't get our drinks until after our food arrived. It was almost 1 until we got everything. Everything about this TopGolf aside from the price, is a cheaper version of an actual nice top golf you find in other cities. The facility is smaller. Instead of a nice bar area, there is a bunch of chairs and tables that don't match. In the Bay Area, instead of a nice high top granite table and chairs, you have some cheap lawn furniture. Finally, instead of the fun colored holes you hit into at a regular top golf, you have to hit onto the colored areas and pray that the sensor works this time. The sensors worked correctly about 80% of the time. Not great. It's good for what it is but for people that have been to an actual top golf, it's pretty disappointing that the company doesn't think Wichita worthy of an actual Top Golf. read more

Food was good. Service was bad. No refills on drinks. Food orders were taken about 20 minutes into our 2 hour session. Food took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the table, leaving about 15-20 minutes to eat before getting kicked out for another group. This place is so much fun! Cold weather? Doesn't matter. The heaters are great and keep you comfortable, even on a chilly night! Not a good golfer or never even picked up a club? They have made it to where anyone can have fun here! The food is good with some interesting desserts. My fave entree is Tres Tacos. Service is good. Good for a date night, for a small or large group. Really nice facility, very frustrating process to do something pretty simple like book an indoor bay for an event. They are not flexible at all, need 7 days notice and expect 4 bay minimum commitment. You can't just make a reservation like you would at a restaurant but have to go through the "sales Department" who are not easy to deal with. Overall hard to recommend for an event. read more
