We started going about a year ago when we got our new puppy. We had a terrible time with him and his allergies. He has some crazy food allergies, and these people were so nice in helping us figure out what worked for him. They even let us try food....and if it didn't work, we could bring back the partial bag for a full refund......I was shocked! We finally got him.....with the help of the great staff....on a good food that works for him. They are priced competitively with the bigger stores, but what you get here that you won't at other places is the service. Also, they have a program that if you buy 12 bags of food, the 13th is free. Again, I can't say enough good things about this place.....Porkchop thanks you guys!

I requested an appointment via their online system and they got back to me quickly and were able to see us that morning! The staff was super and we really liked Dr. Beetch. She was very pleasant and gentle with our little Charlotte. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly, told us what may have caused the issue and had a suggestion to help avoid the problem in the future. Our regular vet liked Dr. Beetch's ideas so we have been implementing her recommendations and it has helped! Dr. Beetch and her staff really saved the day! Charlotte was feeling much better by the afternoon. Thank you so much for recognizing the urgency in the situation and working us in so quickly. The clinic was clean and quiet and we were treated like long-time patients even though it was our first visit. When I contacted them a few weeks later to get Charlotte's records they, again, responded quickly and provided what we needed. If you need a vet in the Wichita area I would highly recommend this clinic.

Horrible business ethics by the owner Vince. My husband had a trade deal arranged for an eel, a…read morestarfish, and a sea urchin, for which he offered $300 alone for the eel. We get to the shop, chat with Mark, who was very helpful and kind, and picked out a few things for the trade. As we were about to check out with fish bagged and eel already moved into a tank, Mark tells us that Vince says he will only do $100 for the eel. Considering we spent a good deal of time getting the eel out of the tank, driving over half an hour to the store, and putting him into another tank, therefore stressing out the poor creature, I would've rather taken him back home for that insult of an offer. Vince is not reliable on his word and in fact very sketchy in the way he deals business with customers who bring trades. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else for fish, considering his selection was already very limited and overpriced. Do not buy fish or corals here.

Yelp had outdated info for the address, so we have that fixed now. So today, I brought our big girl in for a nail clip, and Apryle (unique spelling for "April", but that's what the sign said!) just plopped right down and lovingly picked up each paw and got the nails clipped with no barking or yipping or discomfort (our dog is getting up there in years and has hip issues.). So I hope to check in more frequently and upgrade the review as I try other services.

They did not give any warning and I trusted them without researching the med which has harmed or killed countless dogs. Corgis are prone to seizures and the medication triggered seizures in our otherwise healthy dog. We've been dealing with months of uncontrollable seizures, multiple costly trips to the ER vet to stop cluster seizures, and our dog has permanent nervous system damage. She is now on seizure meds 2x/dly and it is unknown if the seizures will even stop with the meds. Her life is permanently altered.

We went at 6 PM on a Tuesday when it was quite hot out, and we're very happy to find that the park was completely open with no other dogs. There was no shade for adults within the dog area unless you sat on the cement, but there was a set of tables with an overhang just outside of the park. We were very happy to find that there were several water stations and even a mini pool that we were able to sell for our pups to cool down in! The only thing that it's not therefore, was the fact that there was glass shards in the dirt areas from it being on a landfill. We just made sure to keep our pups in the grass area and didn't have any issues, though we did notice a lot of shards in the various dirt areas. This place was huge though with plenty of room in both the large and dog areas!
