All the follow up appointments for test results were supposed to be scheduled with the NP. I told her that I requested that I talk to her about my results and the receptionist said that she would schedule it the her (the doctor). After all this the doctor said that the receptionist was supposed to have called me to let me know that my appointment was canceled because the NP was not there for the day. I got no call or text message. I am done with this practice. They do whatever they please with no regard for your time or needs.
