When she is with your all her focus is on you and the issues at hand. None of that talking to you while running out the door. Secondly, she doesn't over prescribe. And each medication is reviewed for effectiveness and dosage. But mostly l like her bed side manner. Extraordinary! So few doctors these days possess this extremely important part of patient care. Dr. Lane truly cares for her patients individually. I am so glad l found her and am in her practice. (Also, scheduling is a breeze and there is very little wait time before you're taken in.)

Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!

After 6 months of seeing my "therapist" I got blindsided with a $500 bill for my 2025 sessions. I was never given a bill for the 2024 sessions or informed that it was covered by my insurance. My "therapist" was late to every session and I don't think I got a full 30 minute session ever. I've been with PCWNY for 15+ years and I'm so disappointed that I was bait and switched by this third party program that did nothing for my mental health other than make it worse.

They also said they didn't have another EKG to compare it to when I had another EKG done at Trinity Medical, so is this staff truly THAT lazy, incompetent and dense that they are unable to make a simple phone call to get those records? Now who knows what I face, let it be known that if this tumor gets any worse, Primary Care will be getting the blame. Truly have shown me how little they actually care about their patients. Check in is always easy, I use the MyChart app and do everything from my phone, so upon arrival I just go up to my doctor's office. The stand out for me is the lab services. It is quick and I have not had a bad blood draw yet. Which I am prone to at other spots. I was not use to getting pricked just once until here, to big shout out to them for hiring competent blood draw folks!! I love all the doctors I see and have seen here at the facilities.

I clearly state I dont make hormones so I'm on all three. He quickly shifts demeanor and says "We dont work on people like you, I dont have the support for your type, go to ECMC where they work on people like YOU" I didnt bother to argue and left.
