Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!

When she is with your all her focus is on you and the issues at hand. None of that talking to you while running out the door. Secondly, she doesn't over prescribe. And each medication is reviewed for effectiveness and dosage. But mostly l like her bed side manner. Extraordinary! So few doctors these days possess this extremely important part of patient care. Dr. Lane truly cares for her patients individually. I am so glad l found her and am in her practice. (Also, scheduling is a breeze and there is very little wait time before you're taken in.)

Without ever treating me before, Dr. Lugo took my emergency appointment request and sat with me to go over the diagnosis so that he could complete the form for me. I appreciate the time he took to complete my request so that I could have the form back timely. Dr. Lugo asks the right questions and listens to your concerns. Highly recommend!

Why push masking on everyone with a sniffle. This only serves to create an issue where there shouldn't be one. Again, as many note in their reviews, the front desk personnel may be following orders but some do so in an arrogant manner. This seems to depend on the staff member. Now that's what I would describe as a medi-cal. I've been in here so many times, usually to see Doctor DaSouza, or to bring my friend to see DaSouza. I've spent way too many hours in this building in the last few years. Other than DaSouza, there are others I've dealt with in this building who are not so friendly, and most of the services are expensive, so it loses one star for that. This is a typical, clean, conveniently-located medical complex with all kinds of doctors and offices inside. The only reason I'm reviewing it, let alone so enthused about it, is because Dsouza, (an OB-GYN) is here, and he caught a very elusive cancer that was manifesting itself in one of my best friends, and quickly sent her to get it looked at and taken care of. At the time she had no medical insurance, and he still got her on the fast track and ultimately her life was saved, so how can I have anything but positive feelings about this guy and this place. And before you complain about the "personal experience", yes I've been to the office and sat in on the visits and even received off-the-record medical advice from him, many times. So yes, it is a first-hand experience. It loses one more star just because it's a little treacherous during busy times of day (which is all day, really, on Transit), to turn left into this plaza if you're heading North. Transit has become brutal (it's the East-towns version of Niagara Falls Blvd, really), and just be careful getting in and out of here.
