The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.

Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)!
