He took phone calls and sounded distressed about his workload. I hung out by the counter, waved, said "hello" and never got an answer. The door has a loud bell when you walk in. Drove next door to Autozone, where they had 3+ employees working. Greeted me with "good morning" tested my battery, got me a replacement, did everything for me, etc. They were also busy with phone ringing constantly but handled everything spectacularly. Summary: O'Reilly's under-staffed, but luckily next to an AutoZone that will handle your needs quickly!!

I called Rob and he came out this afternoon and worked on my car. It's a Kia Forte and at the least little thing the alarm goes off. It did but Rob quickly got it off. He installed a new battery and went to get something to go in the gas tank because I had a full tank of gas that had just been sitting there. I was very impress with his work and how polite he was. Shortly thereafter, warning signals appear and the BMW's overall performance was sluggish. Thousands of dollars spent on replacement parts and labor since then, and 2 months ago I learn (after having a diagnostic test performed), that dozens of error codes were present. DME errors related to the battery not being registered at all. Emails, phone calls, and messages left for Simmons GoBattery regarding these results, have gone unnoticed. I visited the new Simmons GoBattery location twice and was told by a different technician that Simmons GoBattery told me wrong, that they are DO NOT have the capability of registering new batteries with BMW and that John Simmons, the owner of Simmons GoBattery, would get back to me ASAP about his businesses false claim. STILL NO WORD. BMW needed to be jumped started every day for the last two weeks, today my husband took it to Simmons GoBattery and spoke to Mr. Simmons himself, who was working there alone and this is what we got... Although the battery is under a 3-year warranty and his former technician lied to me about BMW being registered properly, Mr. Simmons offered me nothing but excuses. Dismissing me and the situation, he avoided his responsibility as a business owner, to uphold the warranty, and for his website's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND CLAIMS that at Simmons GoBattery, they register vehicles accordingly. Instead, Mr. Simmons complained about staff turnover, faulty equipment, and money HE spent on HIS business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Simmons GoBattery FOR WORKING ON ANYTHING I OWN. I brought them to the counter, all had tags attached to them which the cashier removed, rung us up, I paid and we were on our way. Unfortunately, about a week or two later, I received a call from Joanna at the store saying I hadn't paid enough for the items I bought and she said I owed her another $53.41. In good faith, I provided her with my card information and asked her not to process the card until I had a chance to take a closer look at my receipt. She ignored that entirely and put the charge through immediately and after looking at my receipt, I noticed I paid exactly what was marked on the books I bought so I did not owe additional money. This was very rude given that she had the card in hand, so I clearly wasn't trying to avoid working with her. I ended up putting in a complaint to my bank and had the charge debited back to my account. Had they not removed the tags entirely, I could have provided the tags as proof. Lesson learned: demand to keep the tags or take photos of them if you shop here.
