The repairs were almost identical but the cost was more than 50% less. In 2016 Ware charged $100 to just look at the watch while Rolex charged zero. But more importantly although the repairs were similar the cost for more repairs with Rolex will be $850 while less repairs with Ware were over $2000. Additionally Ware no longer appears to be Rolex dealer. I wonder why.

It had been almost two years since I had stopped by. I went back last week and immediately without giving my name or anything they recognized me and even remembered the item from years back and were excited to see me (and no it wasn't some expensive memorable item). If that doesn't show you that they actually care and are in business for the right reasons I don't know what will. They won't speak over you, try to push you to buy anything, or treat you unfairly. They are just simply amazing, do GREAT work, and have the most reasonable prices in town which is just icing on the cake. Love them and you won't regret taking my advice to stay away from everywhere else in the area :)

I have to say up front that I've never been there to sell anything so I can't speak for how fair they are with those types of transactions. I have, however, purchased both jewelry, bullion, and coins from them and the prices have always been excellent, better than fair. I always leave feeling as I've received a good deal. I do have to say that their selection of coins isn't great and you usually have to ask for them to bring their current selection from the back. Sometimes they have nothing. It's always hit or miss. To me, this makes visits there more fun but I can understand how others would be frustrated after stopping by and finding nothing they want for sale. The staff is extremely friendly! I always leave with a smile on my face because of the excellent customer service. The owner is always happy to have a friendly conversation.
