You have a 90 day warranty and I got the glass screen protector for half off. $99 to fix it and $15 for the glass screen protector. My total came out to be $125. At most, it took about 20 minutes. I left for the coffee shop and he was waiting for me outside when I came back. Also, I just happen to have my dog with me and thankfully he let us both in. If not, my screen would have gone unfixed today. So far everything is working and no cracked screen anymore!

Made the trip, over 30 minutes away, to find out they were unable to accommodate, not being a corporate AT&T store. That's fine, where I have a big issue is that the manager was completely dismiss myself and play go back home and left the representative (who is trying to help and trying to figure out a way to make it work) standing there and condescendingly tells her quietly "nah, I'm good. You got this. I already told you the deal", then leaves while smirking(I'm guessing at how she's simply not going to make progress) As a customer, this is extremely aggravating and annoying, because he's wasting her time and my time. I appreciate the fact that she tries really hard, and my advice to her would be "maybe he has some technical knowledge for you to learn, but definitely don't pick up his people skills". It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This manager was just unprofessional and was more interested in flexing his power and teaching her a lesson and actually trying to help the consumer.
