We could have been there earlier if they would have told someone DRIVING ALMOST AN HOUR it takes an hour and a half. The employee had a bad attitude. No, "I'm sorry about that " or anything. He obviously is paid by the hour. We are on the way home with a still broken phone screen. We're not making two two-hour trips, so he has to wait until Columbus has a screen. Arrived today (Walmart - Hulen) and was told that the costs would be $135 because "they only had the expense battery". When I declined service the clerk then made a phone call and said that he could complete the repair in 45 minutes to an hour. I agreed, filled out paperwork and left my phone. I returned 1:15 hours later and nothing had been done to my phone. I asked for a refund and my property back twice and was ignored by the clerk. I then informed him that if I was not issued a refund and my property returned that I would call the police. At that point, another customer stated that he would not issued her a refund. The clerk's response was that "we needed to calm down and just wait". He placed my phone on the counter which I picked up and I proceeded to call the police. He then agreed to a refund, but stated that myself and the other customer were not doing good business and being unfair! In what world? I prepaid for services not rendered and as the customer have every right to request my property and money back. The company does does not operate in good faith!
